본 발명은 다층의 적층구조로 이루어지면서 함몰되는 복수의 흡수홀을 하부판과 상기 하부판의 상부에 적층되면서 공기스프링의 역활을 수행하도록 공간을 갖는 돌기 또는 함몰되는 공기홀을 갖는 중간판 및 습기등을 차단하면서 하중을 분산시키는 분산판의 적층구조로 이루어진 층간 소음 방지 패드에 관한 것이다.
