SUPERFLUIDITY CONCRETE COMPOSITION COMPRISING CRUSHED-STONE SLUDGE
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a superfluidity concrete composition for a general strength use having stone powder sludge which is excellent in terms of fluidity and workability. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a superfluidity concrete composition for a general strength use having stone powder sludge which can adjust strength and reduce a cost. The superfluidity concrete composition for a general strength use having stone powder sludge of the present invention contains more than 0 to 30 wt% of stone powder sludge. The stone powder sludge has 150 to 300% of a water content percentage. The concrete composition can contain: more than 0 to 30 wt% of the stone powder sludge; and 70 or more to less than 100 wt% of cement. The concrete composition can have 500 mm or more of a slump flow. The concrete composition can have 20 to 50 MPa of a compressive strength after 28 days of curing. The concrete composition can further contain 5 to 50 wt% of fly ash or blast furnace slag based on 100 wt% of stone powder sludge and cement. The concrete composition can further contain 100 to 300 wt% of sand based on 100 wt% of stone powder sludge and cement.
