The present invention relates to a folding door assembly. The folding door assembly comprises: a running body (110) having a coupling hole (111) formed on a center of an upper portion thereof to be coupled to a bracket disposed on a lower end of a folding door (200), and one or more horizontal shafts (112) and vertical shafts (113) protruding from both sides and a lower side thereof; side rollers (120) coupled to both ends of the horizontal shafts (112) towards a center of the running body (110) to face each other to rotate while guiding forward and backward running of the running body (110); a lower roller (130) coupled to a lower end of the vertical shafts (113) to rotate while guiding curved running of the running body (110); a rail frame (140) having a multi-step accommodation groove (141) whose upper portion is opened to allow the folding door (200) to run when the folding door (200) opens and closes while the running body (110) with the side rollers (120) and the lower roller (130) coupled thereto is seated thereon, a first guide rail (142) formed on an inner horizontal surface thereof, with which a running curved surface of the side rollers (120) rolls and comes in contact, and a second guide rail (143) formed on a lower vertical surface of the first guide rail (142), with which a running curved surface of the lower roller (130) rolls and comes in contact; and an outer frame (150) fixed on an installation surface along a running path of the folding door (200), wherein the rail frame (140) is seated and installed on an inner side thereof. Assembly and disassembly between the components are facilitated to provide excellent workability, maintenance, and repair.
본 발명은 폴딩 도어 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 폴딩 도어(200)의 하단에 구비된 브래킷과 나합하도록 상부 중심에 결합공(111)을 형성하고 양 측면 및 하측 면에는 각각 적어도 하나 이상의 수평축(112) 및 수직축(113)을 돌출하는 주행바디(110)와; 수평축(112)의 양단에서 주행바디(110)를 중심으로 상호 대향하도록 결합하여 주행바디(110)의 전·후 주행을 유도하면서 회동하는 측면롤러(120)와; 상기 수직축(113)의 하단에서 결합하여 주행바디(110)의 곡선 주행을 유도하면서 회동하는 하부롤러(130)와; 측면롤러(120)와 하부롤러(130)가 결합된 주행바디(110)가 안착된 상태에서 폴딩 도어(200)가 개폐 시 주행할 수 있도록 상부가 개방된 다단형의 수용홈(141)을 형성하고, 내측 수평면에는 측면롤러(120)의 주행 곡면이 구름 접촉되는 제1가이드레일(142)과, 제1가이드레일(142)의 하측 수직면에는 하부롤러(130)의 주행 곡면이 구름 접촉되는 제2가이드레일(143)이 형성되는 레일프레임(140)과; 폴딩 도어(200)의 주행로를 따라서 설치 면에 고정되고 내측에 레일프레임(140)을 착설하는 외부프레임(150)을 포함하여 구성함에 따라 각 구성 간의 조립 및 분해가 용이하여 작업성 및 유지보수성이 탁월한 이점이 있다.
The present invention relates to a folding door assembly. 본 발명은 폴딩 도어 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 폴딩 도어(200)의 하단에 구비된 브래킷과 나합하도록 상부 중심에 결합공(111)을 형성하고 양 측면 및 하측 면에는 각각 적어도 하나 이상의 수평축(112) 및 수직축(113)을 돌출하는 주행바디(110)와; 수평축(112)의 양단에서 주행바디(110)를 중심으로 상호 대향하도록 결합하여 주행바디(110)의 전·후 주행을 유도하면서 회동하는 측면롤러(120)와; 상기 수직축(113)의 하단에서 결합하여 주행바디(110)의 곡선 주행을 유도하면서 회동하는 하부롤러(130)와; 측면롤러(120)와 하부롤러(130)가 결합된 주행바디(110)가 안착된 상태에서 폴딩 도어(200)가 개폐 시 주행할 수 있도록 상부가 개방된 다단형의 수용홈(141)을 형성하고, 내측 수평면에는 측면롤러(120)의 주행 곡면이 구름 접촉되는 제1가이드레일(142)과, 제1가이드레일(142)의 하측 수직면에는 하부롤러(130)의 주행 곡면이 구름 접촉되는 제2가이드레일(143)이 형성되는 레일프레임(140)과; 폴딩 도어(200)의 주행로를 따라서 설치 면에 고정되고 내측에 레일프레임(140)을 착설하는 외부프레임(150)을 포함하여 구성함에 따라 각 구성 간의 조립 및 분해가 용이하여 작업성 및 유지보수성이 탁월한 이점이 있다.
