The present invention relates to a floor heater forming mold which improves constructability and work efficiency of a floor heater. The floor heater forming mold comprises: an outer wall (10) having a front wall (11), a rear wall (12), a left wall (13), and a right wall (14) having an outward flange across entire upper ends thereof; an inner wall unit (20) which includes a connection surface (21) extended from lower ends of the front wall (11), the rear wall (12), the left wall (13), and the right wall (14) of the outer wall (10), and is extended from the connection surface (21) to be positioned to face the front wall (11), the rear wall (12), the left wall (13), and the right wall (14); an accommodation unit (30) which is positioned between the front wall (11), the rear wall (12), the left wall (13), and the right wall (14) of the outer wall (10) and the inner wall unit (20), and accommodates poured concrete; a forming body (40) disposed on an upper portion of the inner wall unit (20); a fireplace insertion space (51) disposed on the front wall (11) of the outer wall (10); and a fireplace (50) inserted into the fireplace insertion space (51). The forming body (40) includes: a plurality of first forming units (41) uniformly arranged in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction; and a second forming unit (42) positioned between the first forming units (41) to be crossed to be filled with poured concrete.
본 발명은 구들 성형틀에 관한 것으로서, 상단부 전체에 걸쳐 외향플랜지(10a)가 각각 구비되는 전측벽(11), 후측벽(12), 좌측벽(13) 및 우측벽(14)을 갖는 외벽체(10)와; 상기 외벽체(10)의 전측벽(11), 후측벽(12), 좌측벽(13) 및 우측벽(14)의 하단으로부터 연장되는 연결면(21) 및 상기 연결면(21)으로부터 수직연결되어 상기 전측벽(11), 우측벽(12), 좌측벽(13) 및 우측벽(14)과 마주보도록 위치되는 내측벽부(20)와; 상기 외벽체(10)의 전측벽(11), 후측벽(12), 좌측벽(13) 및 우측벽(14)과 상기 내측부(20) 사이에 위치되고 타설되는 콘크리트가 수용되는 수용부(30)와; 상기 내측벽부(20)의 상부에 구비되는 성형체(40)와; 상기 외벽체(10)의 전측벽(11)에 구비되는 아궁이인입공간(51)과 상기 아궁이인입공간(51)에 인입되는 아궁이(50)로 구비되어 이루어지고, 상기 성형체(40)는, 가로방향 및 세로방향으로 균등하게 배열되는 복수개의 제1성형부(41)와; 상기 복수개의 제1성형부(41) 사이사이에 교차되게 위치되어 타설되는 콘크리트가 채워지는 제2성형부(42)로 이루어진다.
The present invention relates to a floor heater forming mold which improves constructability and work efficiency of a floor heater.
