METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CLAY COFFIN USING A LOESS BOARD AND THIS CLAY COFFIN
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a clay coffin by using a loess board, and the clay coffin. The present invention properly maintains a temperature of a space in which a dead body is corrupted by including a coffin for the dead body with the loess board. The present invention enables the dead body to be corrupted in a clean state by blocking humid air and moisture; and maintaining proper humidity. The method for manufacturing the clay coffin by using the loess board comprises: a loess board manufacturing step of forming the loess board by manufacturing mixed loess materials as a square board or a rectangle board and drying the same at 850-1,050C for three hours; a frame manufacturing step of manufacturing a base frame including a constant length in which one or more fixing grooves are formed in a longitudinal direction, a column frame, and a side frame to assemble the loess board; a loess board and frame assembling step of manufacturing a coffin shaped structure for the dead body by assembling the square board or the rectangle board with the frame; and a finishing processing step of performing sealing work by spreading finishing materials to assembly units of the loess board and the frame, and sealing the coffin by putting a cover board composed of the loess board on an upper part of the coffin.
황토판을 이용하여 시신이 안치되는 관을 구성함으로써 시신이 부패를 일으키는 공간의 온도를 적정하게 유지함과 아울러 습한 공기 및 수분을 차단하여 적절한 습도를 유지함으로써 시신이 깨끗한 상태로 부패할 수 있도록, 믹싱된 황토재료를 정사각형 판 또는 직사각형 판으로 뽑아내어 850 ~ 1050℃ 온도에서 3시간 동안 건조시켜 황토판을 성형하는 황토판 제작단계; 상기 황토판이 조립될 수 있도록 길이방향으로 하나 이상의 고정홈이 형성된 일정 길이의 베이스 프레임과 기둥 프레임 및 측면 프레임을 제작하는 프레임 제작단계; 상기 프레임에 정사각형의 황토판 또는 직사각형의 황토판을 조립하여 시신을 안치하는 관형상의 구조물을 이루게 하는 황토판과 프레임 조립단계; 및 상기 황토판과 프레임의 조립부에 마감재를 도포하여 씰링작업을 수행한 다음 관 상부에 황토판으로 이루어진 덮개판을 올려 관을 밀폐시키는 마감처리 단계;를 포함하는 황토판을 이용한 토관의 제조방법 및 그 토관을 제공한다.
