SYSTEM FOR PROTECTING RAILLOAD SWITCHING PORTION
The present invention relates to a railway switching unit protective system for protecting a railway switching unit to ensure the smooth operation of a railway switching unit to switch a railway by forming an air curtain to prevent snow from being accumulated on multiple sections of the railway switching unit in case of heavy snow by injecting compressed air to the multiple sections of the railway switching unit where a railway switching device is installed or injecting hot compressed air to thaw snow on the railway switching unit or prevent the railway switching unit from being frozen. The railway switching unit protective system includes: an air conditioning device including an air intake for sucking external air, a sensor unit wherein a sensor to sense an ambient temperature and heavy snow is installed, an air compressing and blowing unit to compress air and send the compressed air to a pipe unit, an AC or DC power source unit to supply power, and a control unit to control the air conditioning device; the pipe unit which is installed on one lateral surface of the railway along the railway switching unit and in which the compressed air sent from the air conditioning device flows; and a compressed air discharge nozzle unit branched from the pipe unit, arranged to penetrate through a sleeper, and including multiple nozzles arranged to face upward to inject the compressed air to an upper side at a predetermined angle.
본 발명은 선로 전환기가 설치되어 있는 선로 분기부의 복수의 영역에 압축 공기를 분사하여 에어 커튼을 형성함으로써, 강설 시, 선로 분기부의 복수의 영역에는 눈이 쌓이는 것을 예방하거나 가열된 압축 공기를 분사함으로써, 쌓인 눈을 녹이거나 결빙을 방지하여 선로 분기부의 선로 전환 동작이 원할하게 이루어지도록 보호하기 위한 선로 분기부 보호 시스템에 있어서, 외부의 공기를 흡입하기 위한 공기 흡입구와, 주변 온도, 강설 등을 감지하기 위한 센서가 설치되어 있는 센서부와, 공기를 압축하여 배관부로 보내기 위한 압축 및 송풍부와, 전원을 공급하기 위한 AC 또는 DC 전원부와, 장치의 동작을 제어하기 위한 제어부를 포함하는 공조 장치; 선로의 일 측면에 선로 분기부를 따라 설치되고, 상기 공조 장치로부터 압축된 공기가 통과하는 배관부; 및 상기 배관부로부터 분기되어 침목을 관통하도록 배치되고, 상부 방향으로 일정 각도로 분사되도록 상부를 향하여 배열되어 있는 복수 개의 노즐을 포함하는 압축 공기 토출 노즐부;를 포함한다.
