The present invention relates to an upper end spacer for a mold. More specifically, the upper end spacer for a mold can improve rapidity and convenience of mold installation work and can prevent a mold from being damaged by conveniently connecting and fixing a fixing unit, corresponding to various kinds of tie rods fixing an installation gap of an upper end of the mold installed to form an inner wall and an outer wall, to the upper end of the mold and enabling a gang form panel to be easily separated from a cone nut. The spacer (20) maintains the gap by being installed between the gang form panel (14) and an euro-form panel (15) facing each other when various sheets of the gang form panels (14) and the euro-form panels (15) are vertically and horizontally installed to be continuous as much as the height and the width of the wall. The spacer (20) comprises a main body bolt (30), the cone nut (40), a spacer tie (50), and the tie fixing unit (70).
본 발명은 거푸집용 상단 간격유지부재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내,외벽체를 형성하기 위해 설치되는 거푸집의 상단 설치간격을 고정하는 다양한 종류의 타이로드에 대응하는 고정구를 거푸집 상단에 간편하게 결합 및 고정시킬 수 있도록 하고, 갱폼 패널과 콘너트의 분리가 용이하게 이루어지도록 함으로써, 거푸집의 파손 방지 및 거푸집 설치 작업의 편의성과 신속성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 벽체의 높이 및 폭 만큼의 여러 장의 갱폼 패널(14)과 유로폼 패널(15)을 상하 및 좌우로 연속 설치하면서, 서로 마주하는 상기 갱폼 패널(14)과 유로폼 패널(15) 사이에 설치되어 간격을 유지시키는 간격유지부재(20)에 있어서; 상기 간격유지부재(20)는, 일측단이 갱폼 패널(14)의 관통홀(14a)을 통과해 내측에 위치하고, 타측단은 갱폼 패널(14) 외측에서 컵와샤(31)와 윙너트(32)로 체결 고정하는 본체볼트(30)와; 내부에 체결링(42)을 포함해 콘(41)을 사출성형시켜 갱폼 패널(14)의 관통홀(14a)을 통과한 본체볼트(30)의 일측단과 체결고정되는 콘너트(40)와; 갱폼 패널(14)과 유로폼 패널(15)의 간격내에 위치하면서, 상기 콘너트(40)의 체결링(42)에 체결되는 나사부(51)가 일측단에 구비되고, 타측단에는 타이조립수단(60)이 형성된 간격유지타이(50)와; 상기 간격유지타이(50)의 타이조립수단(60)과 결합되게 일측단에 고정조립수단(80)이 구비되고, 타측단은 절단홈(71)이 간격 내측에 위치하게 플레이트 형상의 고정판(72)을 형성하면서, 이 고정판(72)이 유로폼 패널(15) 상면에 놓여지면서 고정판(72)의 일측에서 하향 절곡된 폼 끼움편(73)이 유로폼 패널(15)의 핀고정홀(16)에 끼워져 상기 폼 끼움편(73)에 더 형성된 핀결속구멍(73a)에 고정핀(P)이 결합되어 유로폼 패널(15)과 고정되는 타이고정구(70)로 달성된다.
