Fire door hinge
The present invention relates to a hinge for a fire door, which fixes a door frame standardized to a door mounting unit bored for access to the inside of a building and connects a fire door to a hinge shaft of the door frame to rotate when the fire door is installed in the door frame. The hinge for a fire door comprises: a rotation plate having a bolt hole on one side and a shaft hole on the other side, wherein the shaft hole rotates by being inserted into the hinge shaft formed in the door frame; a moving plate in which a coupling bolt is connected to the rotation plate by being inserted into the bolt hole and a long bolt hole; a guide plate having a long slit corresponding to the long bolt hole of the moving plate; a fixing member integrated with the rotation plate by the coupling bolt; a variable member; and a rotation gear moving the variable member as a rotation force is transmitted when the rotation gear is rotated by a wrench. The hinge for a fire door can accurately adjust eccentricity of the fire door by easily adjusting the eccentricity of the fire door and can remarkably reduce installation costs of the fire door.
본 발명은 건물의 내부로 입출할 수 있도록 뚫린 문장착구에 규격화된 문틀이 고정되고, 상기 문틀에 방화문을 설치할 때, 방화문을 문틀의 힌지축에 회전가능하게 결합하는 방화문 힌지에 있어서, 일측에는 볼트공이 형성되고 다른 일측에는 축공이 형성되어, 상기 축공이 문틀에 형성된 힌지축에 끼워져 회전하는 회동판; 상기 방화문에 일체로 결합되고, 상면에는 상기 볼트공에 대응되는 위치에 장볼트공이 형성되며, 상면의 다른 일측에는 렌치통과공이 형성되고, 양측에 측벽이 형성되어 그 측벽에 의해 수용공간이 형성되며, 상기 측벽에는 돌출된 스토퍼가 형성되고, 체결볼트가 상기 볼트공과 장볼트공에 끼워져 상기 회동판과 결합되는 이동판; 상기 이동판의 아래에 위치되고 상기 방화문에 상단에 결합되며, 상기 이동판의 장볼트공에 대응되는 장슬릿이 형성된 가이드판; 상기 이동판과 가이드판 사이의 수용공간에 형성되고, 일측에는 랙기어가 형성되며, 상면에는 상기 회동판의 볼트공에 대응되는 탭볼트공이 형성되어 있고, 체결볼트에 의해 상기 회동판과 일체화되는 고정부재; 상기 이동판과 가이드판 사이의 수용공간에 형성되고, 측면에는 상기 이동판의 스토퍼에 맞물리는 스토퍼홈이 형성되며, 일측에는 상기 랙기어에 대향되는 위치에 기어안착홈이 형성된 가변부재; 및 상기 고정부재의 랙기어와 상기 가변부재의 기어안착홈 사이에 조립되고 일측에는 상기 랙기어와 치합되는 피니언기어가 형성되고 다른 일측은 기어안착홈에 맞대어지며 중앙에 렌치공이 형성되어 있어, 렌치를 이용하여 회전시키면 그 회전력이 전달되어 가변부재를 이동시키는 회전기어;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방화문 힌지에 관한 것이다.
