CERAMIC PAINT COMPOSITION FOR FIRE-PROOF PAINTING AND METHOD OF FIRE-PROOF PAINTING USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint for fireproof painting and a fireproof painting method using the non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint for fireproof painting. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint for fireproof painting which extends ignition time and fire resistance time and is capable of suppressing flame spread by stacking and forming a top ceramic layer which is coated and integrated with an intermediate foaming layer of a steel frame structure, and a fireproof painting method using the non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint for fireproof painting. The non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint for fireproof painting of the present invention is a non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint including the top ceramic layer which is coated and formed on the intermediate foaming layer formed of a foamable fireproof paint, wherein the non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint comprises: 10 to 30 wt% of water; 25 to 60 wt% of an inorganic-based nanoceramic mixture; 15 to 50 wt% of a polyurethane acryl hybrid emulsion; 2 to 30 wt% of an inorganic-based coloring pigment; 5 to 40 wt% of an extender pigment; 1 to 10 wt% of a hollow pigment; 1 to 10 wt% of a silane coupling agent; 1 to 10 wt% of a water repellent agent; 0.1 to 3 wt% of a coating film-forming agent; 0.1 to 5 wt% of a thickener; and 0.1 to 10 wt% of an additive. Therefore, the non-foaming flame retardant ceramic paint for fireproof painting can delay the ignition time in case of fire.
본 발명은 내화도장용 비발포 난연성 세라믹도료와 이를 이용한 내화도장공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 철골구조물의 중도발포층과 도포되어 일체화된 상도세라믹층을 적층형성함으로써, 착화시간 및 내화시간을 연장시키고, 화염전파를 억제할 수 있는 내화도장용 비발포 난연성 세라믹도료와 이를 이용한 내화도장공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 발포성 내화도료로 이루어진 중도발포층 상에 도포되어 상도세라믹층을 형성하는 비발포 난연성 세라믹도료에 있어서; 상기 비발포 난연성 세라믹도료는, 물 10∼30wt%, 무기계 나노세라믹 혼합물 25∼60wt%, 폴리우레탄 아크릴 하이브리드 에멀젼 15∼50wt%, 무기계 착색안료 2∼30wt%, 무기계 체질안료 5∼40wt%, 중공안료 1∼10wt%, 실란 커플링제 1∼10wt%, 발수제 1∼10wt%, 조막형성제 0.1∼3wt%, 증점제 0.1∼5wt%, 첨가제 0.1∼10wt%을 포함하여, 화재발생시 착화시간을 지연시키도록 되어 있다.
