The present invention relates to a pop-up valve for a washbowl. The pop-up valve for a washbowl is mounted in a connection pipe installed in a drain of a washbowl, is connected to an end of a rotary rod vertically rotated by a drain lever to be lifted by the drain lever and open and close the drain, and comprises: a valve body having a valve head on an upper portion thereof to open and close the drain, a foreign substance filtering part radially arranged on an outer circumferential surface thereof, a hooking groove formed on a lower end of the outer circumferential surface thereof to be hooked on an end of the rotary rod by rotation after being inserted into the end of the rotary rod; and a fixing unit which is rotatably inserted into a lower end of the valve body and has a support groove unit which is formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof in a width direction and has a width corresponding to a width of an entrance of the hooking groove to fix the end of the rotary rod in the hooking groove without moving when the valve body rotates. According to the present invention, a lower portion of the valve body is inserted and supported on a front end of the rotary rod in a process of rotating the valve body after inserting the valve body into the connection pipe where the front end of the rotary rod is positioned to be easily mounted and detached. A foreign substance such as hair filtered on the foreign substance filtering part is removed after separating the valve body from an upper side of the washbowl. Therefore, unlike a conventional method where a foreign substance has to be removed by inserting a hand through a bottom of a leg of a washbowl, an ordinary person can easily remove a foreign substance. Since a foreign substance such as hair remains while being filtered on the erected foreign substance filtering part, a space for a flow of water can be secured to efficiently drain water.
본 발명은 세면기용 팝업 밸브에 관한 것으로서, 세면기의 배수구에 설치된 연결관 내에 장착되며, 배수레버에 의해 상하 회전되는 회동로드의 단부에 연결되어 상기 배수레버에 의해 승강되면서 상기 배수구를 개폐하는 팝업 밸브에 있어서, 상기 배수구를 개폐하도록 상부에 밸브 헤드가 구비되고, 외주면에 이물질 걸림편이 방사상으로 구비되며, 외주면 하단에 상기 회동로드의 단부에 삽입되게 한 후 회전에 의해 상기 회동로드의 단부에 걸리도록 걸림홈이 형성된 밸브 몸체; 및 상기 밸브 몸체의 하단에 회전 가능하도록 삽입되며, 외주면에 상기 걸림홈의 입구 폭과 대응되는 폭의 지지홈부가 종방향으로 형성되어 상기 밸브 몸체의 회전시 상기 회동로드의 단부가 상기 걸림홈 내에서 움직이지 않도록 고정하는 고정부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 밸브 몸체를 회동로드의 선단이 위치된 연결관의 내부로 삽입한 후 회전시키는 과정에서 밸브 몸체의 하부가 회동로드의 선단에 삽입 지지되도록 하여 쉽게 장탈착이 가능하고, 밸브 몸체를 세면기의 상측에서 분리한 후 이물질 걸림편에 걸려진 머리카락 등과 같은 이물질을 제거하므로 세면대의 다리 바닥을 통해 손을 집어넣어 이물질을 제거해야 하는 기존 방식과 달리 일반인도 이물질 제거가 용이하며, 직립된 이물질 걸림편에 머리카락 등과 같은 이물질이 걸린 상태로 잔류하므로 물의 유동할 수 있는 공간 확보가 가능하여 배수가 우수한 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a pop-up valve for a washbowl.
