Manufacturing method of environmentally friendly Porous Concrete Cobble
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly porous concrete block (PCB) in an assembly molded body. According to the present invention, the spherical-shaped PCB has a porosity of 21% or more and has excellent water and air permeability. Not only water purification of river polluted by sewage but conservation and restoration of ecosystems due to vegetation are possible. The loss of soil and the collapse of the surface caused by sinking at the time of heavy rains can be prevented. The use lifespan is longer due to high compression strength. When PCB is installed in a river, water purification lasts after use lifespan so economic efficiency is secured without generation of industrial waste. The purification operations are possible by adsorbing and removing heavy metal contaminants such as lead, cadmium, and zinc in non-point-contaminated areas. By providing habitats for fish and shellfish in the water, CO_2 from the water is removed and red tide can be prevented due to oxygen generation so aquatic ecosystems can be recovered.
본 발명은 집합성형체형 친환경 다공성 자갈 블럭 제조방법(Porous Concrete Block, PCB) 제조방법으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 구 형태의 PCB는 공극율 21% 이상으로 투수성과 투기성이 우수하고 오수에 의해 오염된 하천의 수질 정화 뿐만 아니라, 식생으로 인한 생태계의 보존과 복원을 할 수 있으며, 집중호우시 쇄골현상으로 인한 토사유실과 법면 붕괴를 막을 수 있고, 압축강도가 높아 사용 수명이 길며, 하천에 설치시 사용수명 후에도 수질정화가 지속되어 산업폐기물 생성이 되지 않는 경제성이 보장될 뿐만 아니라 비점오염지역의 납, 카드뮴, 아연 등의 중금속 오염물질의 흡착 및 제거로 정화작업이 가능하고 수중의 어패류의 서식공간을 제공하여 수중의 CO를 제거하고 산소발생으로 적조현상을 방지하는 등 수중생태계 복원이 가능한 특징이 있다.
