Height Control Device of Laundry Drying Rack
The present invention relates to a height control device of a laundry drying stand (1), in which a control rod (14) of a metal pipe, with a guide pin loaded by an adhesion spring inserted, is assembled with two pieces of inner pipes (9, 9), and the assembly is inserted into a metal control pipe case (13), wherein elastic jaws (11, 11) and elastic projections (12, 12) are arranged in the upper and lower parts of the inner pipes (9, 9), and pin guide paths (10) are symmetrically arranged on facing inner surfaces of the inner pipes (9, 9). Two pieces of inner pipes having symmetric pin guide paths (10) on the inner surfaces thereof like the above-mentioned inner pipes (9, 9), is made into one piece of inner pipe (91) by welding an adhesion unit (96) with high frequency such that a through hole (92) and a front end bent unit (93) are formed on the upper part and a pin guide hole (94) and an insertion hole (95) are formed in the lower end. A guide pin (15) is attached to the upper end with a piece (142). A synthetic resin control rod (140) having a through hole (141), a lower end bent unit (143), and grooves (144, 144) formed symmetrically in both sides is inserted into the insertion hole (95) of the inner pipe (91) and operates therein. The present invention is efficient and convenient to control the height (angle) of a laundry drying stand by solving problems of an expensive price, a difficult manufacturing process and a cumbersome assembling process.
상하에 탄성 턱(11)(11')과 탄성돌기(12)(12')를 구성하고 각 내향 내면에 대칭으로 핀 안내로(10)를 구성한 두쪽의 내장관(9)(9')에 안내핀(15)을 유착 스프링으로 탄지 한 금속관의 조절대(14)를 끼워서 금속 조절관 케이스(13)에 삽착토록 한 세탁물 건조대(1)의 높이 조절대에 있어서, 상기 내장 관(9)(9')과 같이 내향 면에 핀 안내로(10)를 대칭되게 구성한 두 쪽의 내장 관을 상부는 통공(92)과 선단만곡부(93)및 하단 핀 안내공(94)와 삽입구(95)가 구성토록 접착부(96)를 고주파 용접하여 하나의 내장 관(91)으로 형성하는 것과, 상단에 안내핀(15')을 피스(142)로 유착하며 통공(141)과 하단만곡부(143)및 양면으로 홈조(144)(144')를 대칭으로 구성한 합성수지 조절대(140)를 상기 내장 관(91)의 삽입구(95)로 내삽 작동케 함을 특징으로 한 세탁물 건조대의 높이 조절구.
