CONTROL APPARATUS FOR OPTION ATTATCHMENT OF EXCAVATOR
The present invention relates to a control apparatus for an option work device of an excavator which uses a pedal to control a flow of a power take off (PTO) pump to control drive of an option work device. According to the present invention, the control apparatus for the option work device of the excavator comprises: a PTO pump to receive power withdrawn from an engine by PTO to be driven; an option work device connected to the PTO pump to be driven; an operating pedal operated by a worker to control drive of the option work device; a pressure sensor to sense a pilot pressure formed in a pilot hydraulic line in accordance with a pedal force applied to the operating pedal; and a control unit to output a control signal to an EPPR valve in response to the pilot pressure received from the pressure sensor to control a discharge flow of the PTO pump. Accordingly, the present invention is able to control flow of the PTO pump to control the drive of the option work device to satisfy various needs of a worker.
본 발명은 페달(Pedal)을 이용하여 PTO 펌프의 유량을 제어함으로써, 옵션 작업장치의 구동을 제어할 수 있도록 하는 굴삭기의 옵션 작업장치용 제어 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 PTO(Power Take Off)를 통해 엔진에서 인출한 동력을 전달받아 구동하는 PTO 펌프; 상기 PTO 펌프에 연결되어 구동되는 옵션 작업장치; 상기 옵션 작업장치의 구동을 제어하고자 하는 작업자에 의해 조작되는 조작 페달; 상기 조작 페달에 가해지는 답력에 따라 파일럿 유압 라인에 형성되는 파일럿 압력을 감지하는 압력 센서; 및 상기 압력 센서로부터 인가받은 파일럿 압력에 대응되는 제어 신호를 EPPR 밸브로 출력하여 상기 PTO 펌프의 토출 유량을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 페달로 PTO 펌프의 유량을 제어하여 옵션 작업장치의 구동을 제어할 수 있게 됨에 따라, 작업자의 다양한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있게 된다.

The present invention relates to a control apparatus for an option work device of an excavator which uses a pedal to control a flow of a power take off (PTO) pump to control drive of an option work device.
