According to the present invention, a body having a hole through which agricultural water flows in front of a waterway is installed, and a blocking plate is installed in front of the body and opens and closes the hole. The blocking plate moves forward and backward in front of the hole while blocking the hole by being stuck to the body, or the blocking plate is separated from the body to open the hole, and then the blocking plate moves in a vertical direction. As such, the blocking plate has a stable structure by moving in the vertical direction. Since the blocking plate moves forward and backward only in front of the hole to have liquid-tightness, a perfect liquid-tightness can be ensured without damage to a seal.
본 발명은 수로의 전방에 농업용수가 흐르는 구멍이 형성된 바디를 설치하고, 상기 바디의 전방에 설치되어 구멍을 개폐시키는 차단판을 설치함에 있어서, 구멍의 전방에서는 차단판이 전후 방향으로 이동하면서 바디와 밀착되어 구멍을 막아주거나 바디와 이탈되어 구멍을 열어준 후 차단판을 상하 방향으로 이동시키게 되는 것으로, 차단판을 상하 이동시키게 되어 안정된 구조를 갖출 수 있고, 구멍의 전방에서만 차단판이 전후 방향으로 이동하여 수밀이 이루어지게 되므로, 씰의 손상 없이 완벽한 수밀을 보장하게 된다.
