The present invention relates to a method for repairing a cable of a bridge and an apparatus therefor, comprising a surface treatment apparatus composed of a spray nozzle, a recovery member, a suction means, and a recovery line. The method for repairing a cable of a bridge using a recovery apparatus comprises: a step of surface treatment for treating a surface of a cable by a blasting method by supplying a polystyrene (PS) ball to a location where an operator is located through a jet compressor; a step of foreign substance removal for collecting foreign substances composed of dust of the PS ball, the surface of the cable, and the cable and the PS ball generated during surface treatment when the step of surface treatment is in progress; a step of recovering foreign substances for recovering foreign substances collected via the step of foreign substance removal by a predetermined suction force to a recovery tank side located on the ground; and a step of repainting for repainting the surface of the cable when the step of surface treatment is finished, thereby capable of preventing environment pollution in advance by performing the repainting after complete removal of conventional painting.
본 발명은 교량의 케이블 보수 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 분사노즐이 구성된 표면 처리장치와, 회수부재, 흡입수단 및 회수라인을 포함하는 회수장치를 이용한 교량의 케이블 보수 방법에 있어서, 제트 콤프레셔(JET Compressor)를 통해 PS 볼을 작업자가 위치한 장소까지 공급하여 블라스팅 공법에 의해 케이블의 표면을 처리하는 표면 처리단계; 상기 표면 처리단계가 진행되면, 표면 처리시 발생하는 PS 볼과 케이블의 표면, PS 볼 및 케이블의 분진으로 구성된 이물질들을 수집하는 이물질 제거단계; 상기 이물질 제거단계를 통해 수거된 이물질들을 소정의 흡입력에 의해 지상에 위치한 회수탱크측으로 회수하는 이물질 회수단계; 및 상기 표면 처리단계가 완료되면, 케이블의 표면을 재도장하는 재도장 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
