Phenol foam-board and manufacturing apparatus thereof
The present invention relates to a new phenol foam insulation board and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. Strength of the phenol foam insulation board is reinforced by curing ceramic chips in a state where the ceramic chips are uniformly mixed in a phenol foam filling between a first sheet and a second sheet, and the phenol foam insulation board is not easily broken or damaged by an external force in the processes of transportation, handling, and construction. The phenol foam insulation board according to the present invention comprises: a first sheet roll which continuously supplies a first sheet to the upper surface of a worktable in a state of being installed at the front of the worktable erected and installed at a predetermined height; a phenol foam supply device which continuously supplies a phenol foam with uniformly mixed ceramic chips onto the first sheet supplied to the upper surface of the worktable from the upper portion of the front of the worktable; a second sheet roll which continuously supplies a second sheet to the upper portion of the phenol foam in a state of being installed at the upper portion of the rear of the worktable; and a pressing roller which is installed to come in contact with the second sheet roll at the vertical downside of the second sheet roll, and presses the phenol foam to be closely attached to the inner surfaces of the first sheet and the second sheet.
본 발명에서는 제1시트와 제2시트 사이에 충전되는 페놀폼에 세라믹칩이 균일하게 혼입(混入)된 상태에서 경화되도록 하여 강도(强度)를 보강함으로써 운반·취급 및 시공과정에서 외력에 의하여 쉽게 부러지거나 파손되지 않도록 한 새로운 페놀폼 단열보드 및 그 제조장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 소정의 높이로 세워져 설치되는 작업대의 전방에 설치된 상태에서 상기 작업대의 상부면으로 제1시트를 연속적으로 공급하는 제1시트롤과; 상기 작업대의 앞부분 상방에 설치된 상태에서 상기 제1시트롤로부터 작업대의 상부면으로 공급된 제1시트상에 세라믹칩이 균일하게 혼입된 페놀폼을 연속적으로 공급하는 페놀폼공급기와; 상기 작업대의 뒷부분 상방에 설치된 상태에서 페놀폼의 윗부분에 제2시트를 연속적으로 공급하는 제2시트롤과; 상기 제2시트롤의 수직하방에서 제2시트롤과 접촉되게 설치되어 페놀폼이 제1시트와 제2시트의 내면에 긴밀하게 압착되도록 가압하는 가압롤러를 포함하여 구성된다.

The present invention relates to a new phenol foam insulation board and a manufacturing apparatus thereof.
