The present invention relates to a portable purification capsule and a manufacturing method thereof. As a capsule using a purification composition such as a mixture made of fine ceramics, copper, sericite, gold biotite, and econium, the present invention is capable of making convenient a series of handling procedures including carrying, storage, replacement and installation, and washing, and selectively applying the procedures to a domestic water bottle, a portable water container, or a portable thermos bottle, thereby effectively purifying water in those containers or bottles to supply purified water beneficial for the human body. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a filter case body comprising an opened inlet, a purification substance storage part, and a water drain; a fixing installation cap combined with the inlet of the filter case body; an inflow prevention mesh combined with the inner surface of the water drain; and a purification composition filling the purification substance storage part. As such, a series of procedures to manufacture the purification capsule include: a composition preparation procedure; a composition stirring procedure; a composition melting and mixing procedure; a composition plasticizing procedure; a plastic ball sorting procedure; a plastic ball purification procedure; and a fixing procedure.
본 발명은 휴대용 정화캡슐 및 그 정화캡슐 제조방법에 관한 것으로; 그 기술구현의 목적은 파인세라믹, 동, 견운모, 황금흑운모, 에코늄 성분으로 이루어진 혼합물, 예컨대, 정화조성물을 이용한 일종의 캡슐형 구조로서, 휴대 및 보관, 교환설치, 세척 등 일련의 취급관계를 편리화 되도록 하고, 이를, 가정용 물병, 휴대용수통, 휴대용 보온병 등에 선택적으로 투입하여, 그러한 용기들에 수용된 물을 효과적으로 정화처리되게 함으로서, 사용자 인체에 유익한 정수를 공급할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 정화캡슐 및 그 정화캡슐 제조방법을 제공함에 있다. 이에, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는, 개방된 입구, 정화물질 수용부, 그리고, 통수공으로 이루어진 필터케이스 본체와, 상기 필터케이스 본체의 개방된 입구로 탈,부착 결합되는 고정설치마개와, 상기 통수공 내측면으로 결합되는 유출방지망과, 상기 정화물질 수용부로 충진 수용되는 정화조성물로 이루어지게 하여 달성한다. 아울러, 상기 정화캡슐을 제조하는 일련의 과정으로서, 조성물질 준비공정과, 조성물질 교반공정과, 조성물질 용융혼합 공정과, 조성물질 소성공정과, 소성볼 선별공정과, 소성볼 정화처리공정과, 마감공정을 행하도록 하여 달성한다.
