The present invention relates to a functional prefabricated enclosure for a carbon fiber composite, comprising: four pillar profiles (10) having four first insertion grooves (10a) and a first hole (10b) formed at the center thereof; a main horizontal profile (20) connecting the pillar profiles (10) in a horizontal direction on the upper and lower sides of the four pillar profiles (10), having four second insertion grooves (20a) and a second hole (20b) formed at the center thereof, and connected by an elbow bracket (L) inserted into the first insertion groove (10a) and the second insertion groove (20a); a plurality of hinges (30) installed in the pillar profile (10); a plurality of carbon fiber composites (40) inserted and assembled into the first insertion groove (10a) of the pillar profile (10) and the second insertion groove (20a) of the main horizontal profile (20) at a position where the hinge (30) is not installed; and a door panel (50) rotationally connected to the hinge (30) and made of a carbon fiber composite. According to the present invention, the functional prefabricated enclosure is made of profiles having four insertion grooves and an insertion hole and carbon fiber composites, thereby enabling weight lightening and facilitating transfer.
본 발명은 탄소섬유복합재 기능성 조립식 외함에 관한 것으로서, 4 개의 제1끼움홈(10a) 및 중앙에 형성된 제1구멍(10b)을 가지는 4 개의 기둥프로파일(10)과; 4 개의 상기 기둥프로파일(10)의 상부측 및 하부측에서 그 기둥프로파일(10)들 사이를 수평방향으로 연결하는 것으로서, 4 개의 제2끼움홈(20a) 및 중앙에 형성된 제2구멍(20b)을 가지며, 상기 제1끼움홈(10a)과 제2끼움홈(20a)에 끼어지는 엘보우브라켓(L)에 의하여 연결되는 메인 수평프로파일(20)과; 상기 기둥프로파일(10)에 설치되는 다수의 힌지(30)와; 상기 힌지(30)가 설치되지 않은 위치에서, 상기 기둥프로파일(10)의 제1끼움홈(10a)과 상기 메인 수평프로파일(20)의 제2끼움홈(20a)에 끼어져 조립되는 다수의 탄소섬유복합재(40)와; 상기 힌지(30)에 회동가능하게 연결되는 것으로서, 탄소섬유복합재로 구성되는 도어패널(50);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
