The present invention relates to an insulation frame, and more specifically, relates to a combination structure of an azon bar-type vertical insulation frame and an azon bar-type horizontal insulation frame, which are made by adding an azon bar in between an internal frame and an external frame of an insulation frame, which is placed on a window or door to block heat or chill from an outdoor side or an indoor side, and connecting the vertical insulation frames and the horizontal insulation frames to place a separate insulation bracket made of heat transfer prevention materials in a part where the vertical insulation frames and the horizontal insulation frames are combined and come in contact with each other and to block heat transfer to the outdoor side or the indoor side. According to the present invention, the insulation frame comprises: an internal frame placed on an indoor side; an external frame placed on an outdoor side; an azon unit made of insulation materials to be placed in a certain space in between the internal frame and the external frame; a vertical insulation frame (10) placed vertically to include the azon unit; and a horizontal insulation frame (20) combined with one side of the vertical insulation frame (10). The vertical insulation frame (10) comprises: a vertical internal frame (11) placed on an indoor side; a vertical external frame (12) placed on an outdoor side; and a vertical azon unit (13) made of insulation materials to be placed in a certain space in between the vertical internal frame (11) and the vertical external frame (12). The present invention is to block chill or heat to form a pleasant indoor environment.

본 발명은 단열프레임에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 출입문이나 창호에서 틀을 이루는 프레임이 외부와 실내의 열기나 찬기를 차단하기 위한 단열프레임으로써 내측 및 외측 프레임 사이에 아존바를 더 부가하고 수직단열프레임과 수평단열프레임들이 연결되어 전체적인 프레임이 마련되는 것이며, 이에 이들 수직단열프레임과 수평단열프레임이 결합되는 부분에서도 서로 접하는 사이에 별도의 열전달 방지소재의 단열브라켓을 마련하여, 실내외측으로의 열전달을 차단하는 아존바형 수직단열프레임 및 수평단열프레임의 결합구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 실내 측으로 위치되는 내부프레임; 실외 측으로 위치되는 외부프레임; 및 상기 내부프레임 및 외부프레임 사이에 의해 형성되는 소정 공간에 위치된 단열소재의 아존부를 포함하는 단열프레임에 있어서, 상기 단열프레임은, 아존부를 포함하며 수직으로 구비되는 수직단열프레임(10); 및 상기 수직단열프레임(10) 일측으로 결합되는 수평단열프레임(20)을 포함하고, 상기 수직단열프레임(10)은, 실내 측으로 위치되는 수직내부프레임(11); 실외 측으로 위치되는 수직외부프레임(12); 및 상기 수직내부프레임(11) 및 수직외부프레임(12) 사이에 의해 형성되는 소정 공간에 위치된 단열소재의 수직아존부(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
