The present invention relates to a door assembly structure which improves an assembly structure of a door used for a bathroom cabinet, a shoe box, furniture, interior and exterior materials, and the like so as to facilitate transportation and easy assembly at a work site, which is capable of easily assembling a hinge at a work site by punching a hinge hole in advance, and which is capable of firmly fixing a hinge. The door assembly structure of the present invention comprises: a door frame (10) having a slide groove (13) formed on each of four surfaces by connecting a pair of a horizontal bar (11) and a vertical bar (12) made of aluminum in a square shape through a connector (20); a front panel (30) and a back panel (40) disposed on front and back surfaces of the door frame (10); a support member (50) assembled to the slide groove (13) of the door frame (10) in a sliding manner to support four surfaces of the front and back panels (30) (40); a finishing member (60) for connecting the support member (50) to finish a corner; an inner frame (14) and an outer frame (15) each protruding toward a front surface of the door frame (10) and forming a reinforcement frame; hinge holes (16) (41) formed on the door frame (10) and the back panel (40) to accommodate a door fixing portion (71) of a hinge (70); a fixing screw (80) passing through the back panel (40) in a state of being fitted in a screw hole (72) of the door fixing portion (71) and firmly coupled to the door frame (10) made of aluminum; and a honeycomb (90) attached to a front surface of the back panel (40) to be fitted in the inner frame (14) of the door frame (10).
본 발명은 욕실 수납장, 신발장, 가구, 내외장재 등으로 사용되는 도어의 조립구조를 개선하여 운반 이동이 편리함과 동시에 작업현장에서 간편하게 조립할 수 있고, 경첩용 홀을 사전에 펀칭하여 작업현장에서 경첩을 용이하게 조립할 수 있으며, 경첩을 견고하게 고정할 수 있도록 한 도어 조립구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 알루미늄으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 가로바(11)와 세로바(12)가 연결구(20)를 통해 사각으로 연결되어 사면에 형성된 슬라이드홈(13)을 구비하는 도어프레임(10); 도어프레임(10)의 전,후면에 배치되는 전면패널(30)과 후면패널(40); 도어프레임(10)의 슬라이드홈(13)에 슬라이드식으로 조립되어 전,후면패널(30)(40)의 사면을 지지하는 지지부재(50); 지지부재(50)를 연결하여 모서리부분을 마감 처리하는 마감부재(60)를 포함하고, 도어프레임(10)의 전면으로 각각 돌출되어 보강테를 구성하는 내측틀(14)과 외측틀(15); 도어프레임(10)과 후면패널(40)에 형성되어 경첩(70)의 도어고정부(71)를 수용하는 경첩용 홀(16)(41); 도어고정부(71)의 나사공(72)에 끼워진 상태에서 후면패널(40)을 관통하여 알루미늄으로 이루어진 도어프레임(10)에 견고하게 체결되는 고정나사(80); 후면패널(40)의 전면에 부착되어 도어프레임(10)의 내측틀(14)에 끼워지는 허니콤(90)을 더 포함하여 구성된다.
