Snow-plow for the liquid snow spray
The present invention provides a snowplow car for spraying a liquid snow removal agent, capable of spraying the liquid snow removal agent as the liquid snow removal agent is supplied by being replaced using a cartridge tank. The snowplow car comprises: at least one or more loading units storing the liquid snow removal agent in a loading box, wherein a cartridge tank is installed in a replacement type in at least one or more loading units, and has an outlet opened and closed by an opening and closing valve formed on a lower part of the cartridge tank; a supply pipe accommodating the outlet of the cartridge tank by being installed to be adjacent along a side of the loading units, including the opening and closing valves and chutes receiving the liquid snow removal agent from the cartridge tank; a pump pumping the liquid snow removal agent by being installed in the supply pipe; and a spray pipe connected to an end of the supply pipe and spraying the liquid snow removal agent pumped by the supply pipe through the nozzles. As such, the cartridge tank of the replacement type enables the liquid snow removal agent to easily and simply be supplied.
본 발명은 액상의 제설제가 카트리지 탱크를 이용해 교체방식으로 공급되게 하면서 살포시킬 수 있도록 한 액상의 제설제 살포를 위한 제설차를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 제설차는 탑재함에 액상의 제설제가 저장되고 이면 하부 측에 개폐밸브에 의해 개로ㆍ폐로되는 배출구가 구비되는 카트리지 탱크가 교체식으로 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 장전유닛들과, 이 장전유닛들의 일변을 따라 인접 설치되어 카트리지 탱크의 배출구가 수용되며 카트리지 탱크로부터 액상의 제설제를 받아드리는 슈트들과 개폐밸브가 구비되는 공급관과, 공급관에 구비되어 액상의 제설제를 압송시키게 하는 펌프 및 공급관의 단부에 결합되어 공급관을 통해 압송되는 액상의 제설제가 노즐들을 통해 분사되게 하는 살포관을 포함하여서, 교체방식의 카트리지 탱크를 액상의 제설제를 간편하고도 용이하게 공급시키게 된다.
