APPARATUS FOR LADDER WORK BENCH AND LIFT TRUCK
The present invention relates to a loading and unloading transfer apparatus integrated with a ladder and a work bench, capable of being used for loading/unloading and work to move articles such as a forklift, a lift type work bench, and a ladder. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a main caster in contact with the ground; a lower main frame coupled to the main caster in a front end part, and upwardly inclined towards a rear side; an auxiliary leg coupled to a middle part of a lower main frame to downwardly be extended towards a rear side; an auxiliary caster coupled to a bottom part of the auxiliary leg to be in contact with the ground; a hinge part coupled to a top part of the lower main frame; an upper main frame to open or close an angle with the lower main frame disposed therebetween; an electric cylinder opening an angle between the upper and lower main frames when a total length of the electric cylinder is increased, and closing the angle between the upper and lower main frames when the total length of the electric cylinder is decreased; an angle adjusting driving means to rotate forwards and backwards a rotary shaft part extended in a horizontal direction; a fixation bracket to rotate forwards and backwards with the rotary shaft part; a connection part to rotate with the rotary shaft part; a support wall; and a fork coupling the rear end part to a bottom part of the support wall to be extended to the front side.
본 발명은 사다리, 작업대 겸용 상하차 운반기구에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 사다리, 작업대 겸용 상하차 운반기구는 지면과 닿는 메인 캐스터와, 전단부에 상기 메인 캐스터가 결합되고 후방으로 가면서 상방으로 올라가도록 경사지게 뻗는 하부 메인프레임과, 상기 하부 메인프레임의 중간 부분에 결합되어 하방으로 뻗는 보조 다리와, 상기 보조 다리의 바닥부에 결합되어 지면과 닿는 보조 캐스터와, 상기 하부 메인프레임의 상단부에 결합되는 힌지부와, 후단부가 상기 힌지부에 결합되어 전방으로 뻗고, 상기 힌지부를 회전 중심으로 하여 회전하여 상기 하부 메인프레임과의 사이각을 넓히거나 좁힐 수 있도록 구성되는 상부 메인프레임과, 하단부가 상기 하부 프레임의 중간 부분과 힌지 결합되고 상단부가 상기 상부 메인프레임의 중간 부분과 힌지 결합되는 전동실린더로서 상기 전동실린더의 전체 길이가 길어지면 상기 상부 메인프레임을 밀어올려서 상기 상부 메인프레임과 상기 하부 메인프레임이 이루는 사이각을 넓히고 상기 전동실린더의 전체 길이가 짧아지면 상기 상부 메인프레임이 내려와서 상기 상부 메인프레임과 상기 하부 메인프레임이 이루는 사이각을 좁히는 전동실린더와, 상기 상부 메인프레임의 전단부에 구비되며 수평 방향으로 뻗은 회전축부를 정회전 또는 역회전시키기 위한 각도조절용 구동수단과, 상기 회전축부와 결합하여 상기 회전축부와 함께 정회전 또는 역회전하는 고정브라켓과, 상기 고정브라켓과 결합되어 상기 고정브라켓과 함께 회전되는 연결부와, 후면에 상기 연결부가 결합되고 수직하게 세워지는 지지벽 및 후단부가 상기 지지벽의 하단부와 결합하여 전방으로 뻗는 지게발을 포함하여 구성된다.
