Double floor panels for the floor system
The present invention relates to a bottom panel for a dual floor system, formed of an aluminum material. The bottom panel for a dual floor system comprises: a panel main body (100) comprising an upper panel (110) of a predetermined thickness and an outer wall unit (120) formed at all frames of the bottom of the upper panel (110); a main rib (130) for load dispersion, which forms a grid compartment in the outer wall unit (120); an auxiliary rib (140) forming multiple small compartments by dividing the inside of the compartment of the main rib (130), wherein the auxiliary rib (140) is lower than the main rib (130); and an air hole (150) having a small compartment center (141) and a hole center (151) eccentric in a part or a whole of the small compartment by the auxiliary rib (140) in accordance with an opening rate. Also, the main rib (130) comprises the grid compartment based on the four air holes (150) at a same height as that of the outer wall unit (120) of the panel main body (100). The inside of the compartment is divided into the four small compartments by the auxiliary rib (140) of a cross shape. The air hole (150) has a thick section unit (160) for reinforcing rigidity at a part of three directions, obtained to be wide on an opposite side of the hole center (151) as the hole center (151) is eccentric to four side corners (131) of the compartment. So, the bottom panel for a dual floor system can evenly disperse the load and has high rigidity stiffness.
본 발명은 알루미늄 재질로 형성되는 이중 마루시스템용 바닥패널에 관한 것으로서, 일정 두께의 상판(110) 및 상판(110)의 저면 사방 테두리에 형성되는 외벽부(120)로 이루어진 패널본체(100); 외벽부(120) 내에서 격자형의 구획칸을 이루는 하중분산용 메인리브(130); 메인리브(130)의 구획칸 내부를 구획하여 다수의 작은 구획칸으로 형성하며, 메인리브(130) 보다 낮은 높이를 갖는 보조리브(140); 개구율에 따라 보조리브(140)에 의한 작은 구획칸 중 일부 또는 전부에 작은 구획칸 중심(141)과 홀중심(151)이 편심되어 형성되는 에어홀(150); 로 형성한 것이다. 그리고 메인리브(130)는 패널본체(100)의 외벽부(120)와 동일한 높이로 에어홀(150) 4개를 기준으로 격자형의 구획칸을 이루도록 하되 그 구획칸 내부가 "+"자 형태의 보조리브(140)에 의해 4개의 작은 구획칸으로 이루어지게 하고, 에어홀(150)은 구획칸 사방 모서리(131) 쪽으로 홀중심(151)을 편심시켜 그 반대쪽에 넓게 확보되는 3방향 부위에 강도보강용 후육부(160)를 형성한 것으로서, 하중의 고른 분산과 고강도 강성의 바닥패널을 제공할 수 있다.
