The present invention provides an intercepting valve device which stably and efficiently performs an opening process and a locking process of a rotary valve to separate and treat contaminated initial rainwater, and prevents malfunction by a foreign substance while the rotary valve performs a stable operation in the opening process. According to the present invention, an intercepting valve means (V) comprises: a rotary valve (51) on a center in a valve housing (50) arranged on a lower end of a rainwater inlet pipe (20); a ratchet wheel (54) which is axially installed on a valve shaft (52) and has a cam wheel (53) formed on a front end thereof and a ratchet groove (54a) formed on a circumference thereof; an unlocking cam (55) arranged on a rear surface of the cam wheel (53); a ratchet (61) which is axially installed on one side of an upper portion of the ratchet wheel (54) to be locked on the ratchet wheel (54), and has a roller (62) forwards; an elastic member (63) arranged on an upper portion of the ratchet (61) to elastically press the upper portion of the ratchet (61); a main float (40) connected to the ratchet wheel (54) by a first arm (41); a release float (70) connected to the cam wheel (53) by a second arm (71); and an absorber (80) wherein one side thereof is installed on the valve housing (50) and the other side thereof is connected to the first arm (41).
본 발명은 로타리밸브의 개폐과정 및 록킹과정을 안정적이면서 효율적으로 수행하도록 하여 오염된 초기 우수를 분리처리할 수 있도록 하면서 로타리밸브가 개폐하는 과정에서 안정적인 작동으로 수행하면서 이물질 등에 의하여 오동작이 발생하는 것을 방지하도록 하는 차집밸브장치이다. 본 발명의 차집밸브수단(V)은, 상기 우수유입관(20)의 하단에 구비하는 밸브하우징(50)의 내부 중심에는 로타리밸브(51)를 구비한 밸브축(52)에는 선단에 캠휠(53)과 둘레에 래칫홈(54a)을 형성하는 래칫휘일(54)을 각각 축설하면서 상기 캠휠(53)의 후면에 로크해제캠(55)을 구비함과, 상기 래칫휘일(54)의 상부에 한 측으로 축설하여 래칫휘일(54)에 로크되면서 전방으로 롤러(62)를 갖는 래칫(61)을 구비하고 래칫(61)의 상부에 탄력적으로 눌러주는 탄성부재(63)를 구비함과, 상기 래칫휘일(54)에 제1아암(41)으로 연결하는 메인플로트(40)를 구비하고 캠휠(53)에 제2아암(71)으로 연결하는 릴리스플로트(70)를 구비하면서 상기 밸브하우징(50)에 한 측이 설치되고 타측이 제1아암(41)에 연결되는 업소버(80)를 구비한 것을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention provides an intercepting valve device which stably and efficiently performs an opening process and a locking process of a rotary valve to separate and treat contaminated initial rainwater, and prevents malfunction by a foreign substance while the rotary valve performs a stable operation in the opening process.
