The present invention relates to an apparatus to insert a trapezoidal core material into a roof panel, capable of reducing the defect rate of a product. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a supply unit (40) to supply a flat raw material (8) having a shape before a plurality of trapezoidal core materials (6, 7) are cut and formed; a cutting unit (50) obliquely cutting the raw material (8) in a zigzag shape to allow an inclined surface of a first trapezoidal core material (6) with a relatively wide upper surface and a second trapezoidal core material (7) with a relatively narrow upper surface to form a shape continuously in contact; and an insertion unit (60) receiving the first and second trapezoidal core materials (6, 7) from the cutting unit (50) to insert the same into a concave part (3) of the front plate (2) of a roof panel (1). The insertion unit (60) includes: upper and lower transfer rollers (70, 71) to receive the trapezoidal core materials (6, 7) from the cutting unit (50) and to transfer the same in a longitudinal direction; a rotation means (80) to invert a position of the upper and lower transfer rollers (70, 71); a stopper (90) disposed in the front side of the upper and lower transfer rollers (70, 71) to be upwardly retracted, and upwardly protruding to limit transfer of the second trapezoidal core material (7) in a normal state which a position of the upper and lower transfer rollers (70, 71) is not inverted; and an insertion means (100) to insert the transferred first and second trapezoidal core materials (6, 7) into each concave part (3) of the front plate (2) of the roof panel (1).
본 발명은 복수개의 사다리꼴 심재(6,7)가 커팅 형성되기 전 형태의 평판형 원재(8)를 공급하는 공급부(40); 상기 원재(8)를 상대적으로 넓은 상면을 갖는 제1사다리꼴 심재(6) 및 상대적으로 좁은 상면을 갖는 제2사다리꼴 심재(7)의 경사면이 서로 연속적으로 접촉된 형태가 되도록 지그재그 경사지게 커팅하는 커팅부(50); 상기 커팅부(50)로부터 제1 및 제2사다리꼴 심재(6,7)를 공급받아 루프패널(1)의 전면판(2)의 오목부(3)에 삽입하는 삽입부(60);를 포함하며, 상기 삽입부(60)는, 상기 커팅부(50)로부터 제1 및 제2사다리꼴 심재(6,7)를 공급받고, 이 제1 및 제2사다리꼴 심재(6,7)를 길이방향을 따라 이송시키는 상부 및 하부이송롤러(70,71); 상기 상부 및 하부이송롤러(70,71)의 위치를 역전시키는 회동수단(80); 상기 상부 및 하부이송롤러(70,71)의 전방에 위치되어 상향 출몰되며, 상부 및 하부이송롤러(70,71)의 위치가 역전되지 않은 정상 상태에서 상향 돌출되어 상기 제2사다리꼴 심재(7)의 이송을 제한하는 스토퍼(90); 및 상기 이송된 제1 및 제2사다리꼴 심재(6,7)를 상기 루프패널(1)의 전면판(2)의 각 오목부(3)에 삽입하는 삽입수단(100);을 포함하여 구성것을 특징으로 하는 루프패널의 사다리꼴 심재 삽입장치이다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to insert a trapezoidal core material into a roof panel, capable of reducing the defect rate of a product.
