Mold combining apparatus
A mold connection device is disclosed. The mold connection device of the present invention comprises: a main frame; a first bending frame extended from one side of one end of the main frame in an upward direction; a second bending frame extended and bent from the other side of one end of the main frame in an upward direction; a pair of supporting frames extended and bent from one end portion of the second bending frame and the first bending frame to be substantially parallel to the main frame; a protruding pin protruding from the upper surface of the central portion of the main frame to be inserted into a pin insertion space between a mold and another mold or a pin insertion space between a mold and an angle, or to be arranged along one side surface of a mold profile; and a support insertion hole protruding from the lower surface of the main frame to be inserted into the upper side of a support for supporting a mold. According to the present invention, a pair of molds can be simply connected. Just once the present invention is installed on the lower end of a mold, a general pipe support is connected, and the lower end of the mold can be stably supported without a yoke. The slip of a receiving plate due to a horizontal load applied to the mold is prevented. Also, the present invention facilitates installation and disassembly of a pipe support.
거푸집 연결장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 거푸집 연결장치는, 메인프레임; 메인프레임의 일단부 일측으로부터 상측 방향으로 연장절곡되는 제1 절곡프레임; 메인프레임의 일단부 타측으로부터 상측 방향으로 연장절곡되는 제2 절곡프레임; 메인프레임과 실질적으로 평행하도록 제1 절곡프레임 및 제2 절곡프레임의 일단부로부터 각각 연장절곡되는 한 쌍의 지지프레임; 거푸집과 거푸집 사이의 핀 삽입공간이나 거푸집과 앵글 사이의 핀 삽입공간으로 삽입되도록 또는 거푸집 프로파일의 일측면을 따라 배치되도록 메인프레임의 중앙부분 상면으로부터 돌출되는 돌출핀; 및 거푸집을 지지하는 서포트의 상측에 삽입되도록 메인프레임의 하면으로부터 돌출되는 서포트 삽입구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 한 쌍의 거푸집을 간단하게 연결할 수 있고, 거푸집의 하단부에 설치하기만 하면 일반 파이프 서포트를 연결하여 멍에목 없이 거푸집의 하단부를 안정되게 지지할 수 있으며, 거푸집에 작용하는 수평하중에 의한 받이판의 미끄러짐이 방지되고, 파이프 서포트의 설치 및 해체가 용이하도록 이루어지는 거푸집 연결장치를 제공할 수 있게 된다.

거푸집 연결장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 거푸집 연결장치는, 메인프레임; 메인프레임의 일단부 일측으로부터 상측 방향으로 연장절곡되는 제1 절곡프레임; 메인프레임의 일단부 타측으로부터 상측 방향으로 연장절곡되는 제2 절곡프레임; 메인프레임과 실질적으로 평행하도록 제1 절곡프레임 및 제2 절곡프레임의 일단부로부터 각각 연장절곡되는 한 쌍의 지지프레임; 거푸집과 거푸집 사이의 핀 삽입공간이나 거푸집과 앵글 사이의 핀 삽입공간으로 삽입되도록 또는 거푸집 프로파일의 일측면을 따라 배치되도록 메인프레임의 중앙부분 상면으로부터 돌출되는 돌출핀; 및 거푸집을 지지하는 서포트의 상측에 삽입되도록 메인프레임의 하면으로부터 돌출되는 서포트 삽입구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 한 쌍의 거푸집을 간단하게 연결할 수 있고, 거푸집의 하단부에 설치하기만 하면 일반 파이프 서포트를 연결하여 멍에목 없이 거푸집의 하단부를 안정되게 지지할 수 있으며, 거푸집에 작용하는 수평하중에 의한 받이판의 미끄러짐이 방지되고, 파이프 서포트의 설치 및 해체가 용이하도록 이루어지는 거푸집 연결장치를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
