The present invention relates to a lightweight foamed sound absorption panel manufacturing method using fly ash and a lightweight foamed sound absorption panel manufactured by the same and, more specifically, to a lightweight foamed sound absorption panel manufacturing method using fly ash and a lightweight foamed sound absorption panel manufactured by the same capable of improving flexural strength, water repellency, a sound absorption function, deodorization, and an antibacterial ability without a whitening phenomenon. The present invention relates to a composite comprising: 4 to 8 parts by weight of an alkaline water-containing oxide; 1 to 5 parts by weight of an acid; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a strength reinforcing material; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of water for 100 parts by weight of a mixture having 50 to 80 wt% of the fly ash and 20 to 50 wt% of an alkali silicate. The lightweight foamed sound absorption panel manufacturing method using the fly ash comprises: a composite mixing and injecting step of mixing the composite during 5-10 minutes, and injecting the mixed composite into a mold; a moisture deodorizing and foaming step of instantly heating the mold at 100C within 8-10 seconds, and heating the same for 8-12 minutes to remove moisture and perform foaming after the composite mixing and injecting step; a curing step of heating the mold in an oven at 300C during 1-3 hours after the moisture deodorizing and foaming step, and manufacturing the lightweight foamed sound absorption panel; and a cutting step of cutting the lightweight foamed sound absorption panel manufactured through the curing step depending on a use purpose.
본 발명은 플라이애시를 이용한 경량발포 흡음판넬 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제조된 경량발포 흡음판넬에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 백화(白化) 현상이 없고, 휨파괴 강도, 발수성, 흡음기능, 탈취 및 항균력이 향상된 플라이애시를 이용한 경량발포 흡음판넬 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제조된 경량발포 흡음판넬에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 플라이애시 50~80중량%와 알칼리규산염 20~50중량%로 구성된 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여, 알칼리수산화물 4~8중량부, 산 1~5중량부, 강도보강재 1~5중량부 및 물 1~10중량부를 포함하는 조성물로서, 상기 조성물을 5~10분 동안 믹싱하고, 믹싱된 조성물을 형틀에 주입하는, 조성물 믹싱 및 형틀주입 단계; 조성물 믹싱 및 형틀주입 단계 후, 형틀에 8~10초 이내에 100℃의 열을 순간적으로 가열한 뒤 8~12분 동안 가열하여 수분을 제거하고 발포시키는, 수분탈취 및 발포 단계; 수분탈취 및 발포 단계 후, 형틀을 300℃의 온도를 갖는 오븐에 1~3시간 동안 가열하여 경량발포 흡음판넬로 제조하는, 양생 단계; 및 양생 단계를 통해 제조된 경량발포 흡음판넬을 사용목적에 따라 절단하는, 절단 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
