The present invention relates to a lane marking apparatus using a thermosetting resin composition which, when marking a lane on a road surface by using a thermosetting resin composition, has a remarkably smaller mixing ratio of a hardening material than that of a main material to mark the lane by mixing a mixture of the main material and the hardening material, which causes a change in viscosity, and a mixture of a main material and an accelerating material, which does not cause a change in viscosity, to be sufficiently uniform. According to the present invention, the lane marking apparatus using the thermosetting resin composition comprises: a first mixture storage tank storing a mixture A of a main material and an accelerating material and a second mixture storage tank storing a mixture B of the main material and a hardening material; a mixture joining unit wherein mixture A of the first mixture storage tank and mixture B of the second mixture storage tank join each other; a first mixture supply line, which connects the first mixture storage tank and the mixture joining unit, and a second mixture supply line, which connects the second mixture storage tank and the mixture joining unit; a first supply line opening/closing unit installed on the first mixture supply line and a second supply line opening/closing unit installed on the second mixture supply line; a composition mixing unit vertically installed on a bottom side of the mixture joining unit to allow a housing to communicate with the mixture joining unit, wherein the housing has a screw-type mixing line vertically built inside to allow a composition made by joining in the mixture joining unit to flow along a mixing line in the housing to be uniformly mixed; and a composition spray unit placed on the bottom side of the composition mixing unit to spray the composition onto a road surface.
본 발명은 열경화성수지 조성물을 이용해 노면에 차선을 표시할 때, 주재에 비해 경화재의 혼합 비율이 현저하게 작고 기온의 차이로 점도 변화를 일으키는 주재와 경화재의 혼합물이 점도 변화를 일으키지 않는 주재와 촉진재의 혼합물과 충분히 균일하게 혼합된 상태로 차선의 표시가 이루어질 수 있도록 한 열경화성수지 조성물을 이용한 차선 표시장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 주재와 촉진재의 혼합물A가 저장된 제1 혼합물 저장탱크 및, 주재와 경화재의 혼합물B가 저장된 제2 혼합물 저장탱크와; 상기 제1 혼합물 저장탱크의 혼합물A와 제2 혼합물 저장탱크의 혼합물B가 합쳐지는 혼합물 합류부와; 상기 제1 혼합물 저장탱크와 혼합물 합류부의 사이를 연결하는 제1 혼합물 공급라인 및, 상기 제2 혼합물 저장탱크와 합류부의 사이를 연결하는 제2 혼합물 공급라인과; 상기 제1 혼합물 공급라인 상에 설치되는 제1 공급라인 개폐기 및, 제2 혼합물 공급라인 상에 설치되는 제2 공급라인 개폐기와; 상기 혼합물 합류부의 하부측에 수직 방향으로 하우징이 상기 혼합물 합류부와 연통하게 설치되고, 상기 하우징의 내부에 스크류 형태의 믹싱라인이 수직방향으로 내장되어 혼합물 합류부에서 합쳐진 조성물이 상기 하우징 내부의 믹싱라인을 따라 흐르면서 균일한 혼합이 이루어질 수 있게 하는 조성물 혼합부와; 상기 조성물 혼합부의 하부측에 구비되어 조성물을 노면에 분사하는 조성물 분사부;로 구성된 것이다.
