APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FOAMING FOAMED ASPHALT
The present invention relates to a foaming apparatus for foamed asphalt and a method thereof, which are able to make heated asphalt into foam. According to the present invention, the foaming apparatus comprises: a mixer; a spray unit; and a relief valve. The mixer comprises: an expansion tub formed to foam heated asphalt into foamed asphalt; a mixture supply circuit formed to supply a mixture of water and compressed air into the expansion tub; and a thermal medium oil supply circuit formed to supply a thermal medium oil which is able to heat the mixture by heat exchange. The spray unit is installed on an end of the mixture supply circuit to spray the mixture to the expansion tub. The relief valve controls the mixture to be sprayed at a preset pressure or higher by the spray unit. According to the present invention, the foaming method foams foamed asphalt by heating the mixture of water and compressed air by heat exchange and spraying the mixture to heated concrete in the expansion tub. According to the present invention, the present invention is able to increase the evaporation rate of the mixture of water and compressed air by heating the mixture by heat exchange, to spray the mixture to heated concrete in the expansion tub, and to increase the contact area of heated asphalt and steam, thereby greatly increasing the volume of generated foam.
본 발명은 가열 아스팔트를 거품 모양으로 만들기 위한 폼드 아스팔트의 포밍 장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 포밍 장치는 믹서, 분사기구와 릴리프밸브로 구성되어 있다. 믹서는 가열 아스팔트를 폼드 아스팔트로 포밍할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 팽창실과, 물과 압축공기의 혼합물을 팽창실에 공급할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 혼합물 공급 회로와, 혼합물을 열교환에 의해 가열할 수 있는 열매체유를 공급할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 열매체유 공급 회로를 갖는다. 분사기구는 혼합물을 팽창실에 분사할 수 있도록 혼합물 공급 회로의 종단에 설치되어 있다. 릴리프밸브는 분사기구에 의해 분사되는 혼합물이 설정 압력 이상으로 분사되도록 제어한다. 본 발명의 포밍 방법은, 물과 압축공기의 혼합물을 열교환에 의해 가열하여 팽창실의 가열 콘크리트에 분사하여 폼드 아스팔트를 포밍한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 물과 압축공기의 혼합물을 열교환에 의해 가열하여 혼합물의 기화율을 높인 후 팽창실의 가열 콘크리트에 분사시킴으로써, 가열 아스팔트와 수증기의 접촉 면적을 증가시켜 거품 발생량을 크게 증가시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a foaming apparatus for foamed asphalt and a method thereof, which are able to make heated asphalt into foam. According to the present invention, the foaming apparatus comprises: a mixer; a spray unit; and a relief valve. The mixer comprises: an expansion tub formed to foam heated asphalt into foamed asphalt; a mixture supply circuit formed to supply a mixture of water and compressed air into the expansion tub; and a thermal medium oil supply circuit formed to supply a thermal medium oil which is able to heat the mixture by heat exchange. The spray unit is installed on an end of the mixture supply circuit to spray the mixture to the expansion tub. 본 발명은 가열 아스팔트를 거품 모양으로 만들기 위한 폼드 아스팔트의 포밍 장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 포밍 장치는 믹서, 분사기구와 릴리프밸브로 구성되어 있다. 믹서는 가열 아스팔트를 폼드 아스팔트로 포밍할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 팽창실과, 물과 압축공기의 혼합물을 팽창실에 공급할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 혼합물 공급 회로와, 혼합물을 열교환에 의해 가열할 수 있는 열매체유를 공급할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 열매체유 공급 회로를 갖는다. 분사기구는 혼합물을 팽창실에 분사할 수 있도록 혼합물 공급 회로의 종단에 설치되어 있다. 릴리프밸브는 분사기구에 의해 분사되는 혼합물이 설정 압력 이상으로 분사되도록 제어한다. 본 발명의 포밍 방법은, 물과 압축공기의 혼합물을 열교환에 의해 가열하여 팽창실의 가열 콘크리트에 분사하여 폼드 아스팔트를 포밍한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 물과 압축공기의 혼합물을 열교환에 의해 가열하여 혼합물의 기화율을 높인 후 팽창실의 가열 콘크리트에 분사시킴으로써, 가열 아스팔트와 수증기의 접촉 면적을 증가시켜 거품 발생량을 크게 증가시킬 수 있다.
