The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a storage tank for hazardous chemicals, comprising: a step of fixing a fixing bracket to a steel bar concrete or a steel frame by predetermined intervals; a step of fitting an FRP piece to the fixing bracket, bending and folding a terminal portion of the fixing bracket, and fixing the FRP piece to the frame; and step of coating FRP on the frame and the FRP piece to form a coating layer with a thickness of 5-25cm. The present invention relates to the manufacturing method of a storage tank for hazardous chemicals, and the storage tank manufactured by the method. By forming the FRP coating layer with the thickness of 5-25cm on the frame and the FRP piece fixed by the fixing bracket, a strong coating layer can be formed on the FRP piece in an environmentally friendly manner.
본 발명은 철근콘크리트 또는 철재 프레임에 고정브라켓을 소정 간격으로 고정하는 단계, 고정브라켓에 FRP조각을 끼우고 고정브라켓 끝부분을 구부려 접어 FRP조각을 프레임에 고정하는 단계, 프레임 및 FRP조각 위에 FRP를 5~25cm 두께로 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유해화학물질의 저장탱크의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 프레임에 고정브라켓으로 고정된 FRP조각 위에 5~25cm 두께의 FRP 코팅층이 형성됨으로써 FRP조각과 FRP 코팅층이 친화적으로 견고한 코팅층이 형성하는 유해화학물질의 저장탱크의 제작방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제작된 저장탱크에 관한 것이다.
