The present invention relates to a cover-type floor rail for a sliding door. Vertical rollers (14) are installed on both sides of a lower portion of a sliding door (10) by a lower roller frame (13). Cover mounting parts (15) are mounted beside the vertical rollers (14). A front and a rear end of a belt-type cover (50) are bound to the cover mounting parts (15) by a coupling means. The vertical rollers (14) are inserted into a roller seating groove (31) of a cover-type floor rail (40). An upper cover groove (41) is formed directly above the roller seating groove (31) to transport the belt-type cover (50) while the belt-type cover (50) is inserted. A lower cover groove (42) is formed directly below the roller seating groove (31) to transport the belt-type cover (50) while the belt-type cover (50) is inserted. Also, a direction switching guide part (60) is mounted on both ends of the cover-type floor rail (40) to smoothly switch a direction of the belt-type cover (50). An insertion part (62) is formed on one side of the direction switching guide part (60) to be inserted into the roller seating groove (31) of the cover-type floor rail (40). A curved unit (61) is formed on the other side of the direction switching guide part (60) to allow the belt-type cover (50) to be curved along curvature of the curved unit (61) of the direction switching guide part (60) and guide a direction switch.
본 발명은 미닫이문용 덮개식 바닥레일이다. 그 구체적인 구성은, 미닫이문(10)의 하부 양측에는 수직호차(14)가 하부호차프레임(13)을 통해 각각 설치되고, 상기 수직호차(14)의 측방에는 덮개장착구(15)가 각각 장착되며, 상기 각각의 덮개장착구(15)에는 벨트형덮개(50)의 선단과 말단이 결합수단을 통해 각각 계지되고, 상기 수직호차(14)는 덮개식바닥레일(40)의 호차안착홈(31)에 끼워지고, 상기 호차안착홈(31)의 직상방에는 벨트형덮개(50)가 끼워진 상태에서 이송할 수 있도록 상부덮개홈(41)이 형성되며, 상기 호차안착홈(31)의 직하방에도 벨트형덮개(50)가 끼워진 상태에서 이송할 수 있도록 하부덮개홈(42)이 형성되는 구성이다. 또한, 상기 덮개식바닥레일(40)의 양끝단에는 벨트형덮개(50)의 원활한 방향전환을 유도하기 위해 방향전환유도구(60)가 장착되되, 상기 방향전환유도구(60)의 일측에는 끼움구(62)가 형성되어, 상기 덮개식바닥레일(40)의 호차안착홈(31)으로 끼워지고, 상기 방향전환유도구(60)의 타측에는 만곡부(61)가 형성되어, 상기 벨트형덮개(50)가 방향전환유도구(60)의 만곡부(61)의 곡률을 따라 휘어지면서 방향전환이 유도되는 구성이다.
The present invention relates to a cover-type floor rail for a sliding door. Vertical rollers (14) are installed on both sides of a lower portion of a sliding door (10) by a lower roller frame (13). Cover mounting parts (15) are mounted beside the vertical rollers (14). A front and a rear end of a belt-type cover (50) are bound to the cover mounting parts (15) by a coupling means. The vertical rollers (14) are inserted into a roller seating groove (31) of a cover-type floor rail (40). An upper cover groove (41) is formed directly above the roller seating groove (31) to transport the belt-type cover (50) while the belt-type cover (50) is inserted. An insertion part (62) is formed on one side of the direction switching guide part (60) to be inserted into the roller seating groove (31) of the cover-type floor rail (40). A curved unit (61) is formed on the other side of the direction switching guide part (60) to allow the belt-type cover (50) to be curved along curvature of the curved unit (61) of the direction switching guide part (60) and guide a direction switch.
본 발명은 미닫이문용 덮개식 바닥레일이다. 그 구체적인 구성은, 미닫이문(10)의 하부 양측에는 수직호차(14)가 하부호차프레임(13)을 통해 각각 설치되고, 상기 수직호차(14)의 측방에는 덮개장착구(15)가 각각 장착되며, 상기 각각의 덮개장착구(15)에는 벨트형덮개(50)의 선단과 말단이 결합수단을 통해 각각 계지되고, 상기 수직호차(14)는 덮개식바닥레일(40)의 호차안착홈(31)에 끼워지고, 상기 호차안착홈(31)의 직상방에는 벨트형덮개(50)가 끼워진 상태에서 이송할 수 있도록 상부덮개홈(41)이 형성되며, 상기 호차안착홈(31)의 직하방에도 벨트형덮개(50)가 끼워진 상태에서 이송할 수 있도록 하부덮개홈(42)이 형성되는 구성이다. 또한, 상기 덮개식바닥레일(40)의 양끝단에는 벨트형덮개(50)의 원활한 방향전환을 유도하기 위해 방향전환유도구(60)가 장착되되, 상기 방향전환유도구(60)의 일측에는 끼움구(62)가 형성되어, 상기 덮개식바닥레일(40)의 호차안착홈(31)으로 끼워지고, 상기 방향전환유도구(60)의 타측에는 만곡부(61)가 형성되어, 상기 벨트형덮개(50)가 방향전환유도구(60)의 만곡부(61)의 곡률을 따라 휘어지면서 방향전환이 유도되는 구성이다.
