An expanded fire escape device of the present invention comprises: a gate block body installed at a portion where rail of a building structure is cut and expanded forward when lock is released to form an escape space; and a conveying block body separated from the gate block body to be disposed in parallel with the same and expanded forward when lock is released to form an escape space, and descending such that an escaping person is capable of moving downstairs. The gate block body includes a side fence portion coupled to the rail to be able to rotate, a front fence portion coupled to the side fence portion to be able to rotate, a footrest portion coupled to a passage for an escaping person to enter to be able to rotate, and a locking device for preventing flow by restraining the gate block body by using a lock rope. In addition, the conveying block body includes a fixing support fixed and coupled to the rail, a support frame capable of descending by using a connector inserted into the fixing support, a pair of side fence portions coupled to both sides of the support frame to be able to rotate, a footrest portion coupled to a lower end of the support frame to be able to rotate; a plate-shaped block coupled to the pair of side fence portions and disposed on a front side, and a locking device for preventing flow by restraining the conveying block body by using a lock rope.
본 발명은 건축구조물의 난간을 절개한 부분에 설치하고 잠금 해제시 전방으로 전개되어 대피 공간을 형성하는 게이트 블록체; 및 게이트 블록체와 분리되어 나란하게 배치되고 잠금 해제시 전방으로 전개되어 대피 공간을 형성하고, 대피자가 아래층으로 이동할 수 있도록 하강 이동하는 운반 블록체:를 포함한다. 게이트 블록체는 난간에 회동가능하게 결합된 측면 펜스부와, 측면 펜스부에 회동 가능하게 결합된 전면 펜스부와, 대피자가 출입하기 위한 통로에 회동 가능하게 결합된 발판부와, 잠금줄을 이용하여 게이트 블록체를 구속시켜 유동을 방지하는 잠금장치를 구비한다. 운반 블록체는 난간에 고정 결합된 고정 지주와, 고정 지주에 삽입된 연결구를 이용하여 하강 이동할 수 있는 지지틀과, 지지틀 양측에 회동 가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 측면 펜스부와, 지지틀 하단에 회동 가능하게 결합된 발판부와, 한 쌍의 측면 펜스부에 결합되고 전면에 배치되는 플레이트 형상의 판형 블록과, 잠금줄을 이용하여 운반 블록체를 구속시켜 유동을 방지하는 잠금장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
