The clip with an integrated angle adjustment tie comprises: a coupling unit (1) of a rectangular bar shape; a coupling unit through hole (11) installed on a center of the coupling unit (1); a coupling unit reinforcing bar guide unit (12) installed on a lower edge of the coupling unit through hole (11); an angle adjustment unit (2) connected to an upper portion of the coupling unit (1) by an angle adjustment connection unit (15); an angle adjustment through hole (21) arranged on a center of the angle adjustment unit (2), whose edge has a sawtooth shape; a key (3) connected to a lower portion of the coupling unit (1) by a key connection unit (35); a reinforcing bar coupling unit (4) extended to a side of the coupling unit (1) to be installed in a U-shape; a plurality of reinforcing bar coupling unit upper through holes (42) installed on an upper portion of the reinforcing bar coupling unit (4) and separated at regular intervals; a reinforcing bar coupling unit center through hole (41) having a through hole on a center of the reinforcing bar coupling unit (4); a fixing bolt (5) inserted into the reinforcing bar coupling unit center through hole (41); a fixing bolt screw thread unit (51) installed on one side of the fixing bolt (5); and a fixing bolt handle unit (52) installed on the other side of the fixing bolt (5).
