The present invention relates to a pump for injecting low-flow concrete mortar which includes a variable partition whose position in a hopper can be varied to individually adjust an amount of mortar pumped in accordance with properties of drilled holes to supply the mortar. The pump for injecting low-flow concrete mortar injects low-flow concrete mortar into a plurality of drilled holes formed in the ground to form a bulb, and comprises: a hopper into which low-flow concrete mortar is fed; a pair of pumping units including a transport unit including a first and a second transport cylinder coupled to a rear surface of the hopper to communicate with the inside of the hopper, wherein pistons therein alternately reciprocate to repeat suction and discharge of the low-flow concrete mortar, a discharge unit, and a connection unit arranged in the hopper, wherein one end thereof is coupled to communicate with the discharge unit, and the other end thereof alternately connects the discharge unit to the first and the second transport cylinder while reciprocating between the first and the second transport cylinders; a variable partition arranged to change a position in a width direction of the hopper between the pair of pumping units to divide the inside of the hopper into a first compartment and a second compartment; and a display unit to display injection information of the low-flow concrete mortar.
본 발명은 호퍼 내에 위치가 가변 가능한 가변격벽을 구비함으로써 각 천공홀의 특성에 따라 펌핑되는 몰탈의 양을 개별적으로 조절하여 공급할 수 있는 저유동성 콘크리트형 몰탈 주입용 펌프에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 지중에 형성된 복수의 천공홀에 저유동성 콘크리트형 몰탈을 주입하여 구근을 형성시키기 위한 관한 것으로, 저유동성 콘크리트형 몰탈이 투입되는 호퍼; 상기 호퍼의 후면에 호퍼의 내부와 연통되도록 각각 결합되는 것으로 내부의 피스톤이 서로 교대로 왕복 운동하여 저유동성 콘크리트형 몰탈의 흡입과 배출을 반복하는 제1압송실린더 및 제2압송실린더로 구성되는 압송부, 상기 호퍼의 전면에 결합되는 배출부 및 상기 호퍼의 내부에 구비되는 것으로 일단은 배출부에 연통되게 결합되고, 타단은 제1압송실린더와 제2압송실린더의 사이를 왕복 운동하면서 배출부를 압송부의 제1압송실린더 및 제2압송실린더와 교대로 연결하는 연결부로 구성되는 한 쌍의 펌핑부; 한 쌍의 펌핑부 사이에 호퍼의 폭 방향으로 위치가 가변 가능하게 구비되어 호퍼 내부를 제1격실과 제2격실로 구획하는 가변격벽; 및 저유동성 콘크리트형 몰탈의 주입 정보를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
