Apparatus for Manufacturing Conductive Concrete And Method for Manufacturing Conductive Concrete Using the Same
The present invention relates to a conductive concrete manufacturing apparatus which prevents detachment of electrodes and concrete because a cast, in which electrodes are installed, maintains a state of being elastically in close contact with concrete materials when the concrete materials having conductive materials are poured into the inside of the cast and cured, and applies power to the electrodes to accelerate curing because the concrete materials generate Joule heat; and a conductive concrete manufacturing method using the same. The conductive concrete manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a fixing cast in which concrete materials having conductive materials are poured; a movable cast which is installed to be able to relatively move with respect to the fixing cast in the inside of the fixing cast; an electrode which is made of a conductive material, is installed in an inner lateral surface of the movable cast to be in contact with the outer surface of the concrete materials, and is electrically connected to a power supplying device in the outside; and an elastic unit which is installed between the fixing cast and the movable cast, and applies elastic force to the movable cast towards the inside of the fixing cast.
전도성 재료가 혼입된 콘크리트 재료를 거푸집 내측에 타설하여 양생할 때 전극이 설치된 거푸집이 콘크리트 재료에 탄력적으로 밀착된 상태를 유지함으로써 전극과 콘크리트 재료의 탈락이 방지되고, 상기 전극에 전원이 인가되어 콘크리트 재료가 Joule 발열하면서 촉진양생될 수 있도록 한 전도성 콘크리트 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 전도성 콘크리트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전도성 콘크리트 제조장치는, 내부에 전도성 재료가 혼입된 콘크리트 재료가 타설되는 고정 거푸집; 상기 고정 거푸집의 내측에 고정 거푸집에 대해 상대 이동 가능하게 설치되는 가동 거푸집; 상기 가동 거푸집의 내측면에 설치되어 콘크리트 재료의 외면에 접촉하며, 외부의 전원공급장치와 전기적으로 연결되는 전도성 재질로 된 전극; 및, 상기 고정 거푸집과 가동 거푸집 사이에 설치되어 가동 거푸집에 고정 거푸집의 내측으로 탄성력을 가하는 탄성유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
