Refractory compositions and tundish using the same
The present invention relates to a refractory composition and a casting tundish comprising the same. The casting tundish comprises an iron skin forming the external appearance, and refractories built in the iron skin. At least a part of the refractories comprises a refractory composition including zirconia, calcium oxides, calcium silicate, carbon and an antioxidant. Fillers in molten steel are collected in tundish refractories and removed, so nozzle blockage can be inhibited.
본 발명은 내화조성물 및 이를 포함하는 주조용 턴디쉬에 관한 것으로서, 외형을 형성하는 철피와, 상기 철피 내부에 축조되는 내화물을 포함하고, 상기 내화물 중 적어도 일부는 지르코니아, 칼슘산화물, 칼슘실리케이트, 카본 및 산화방지제를 포함하는 내화조성물을 포함하여, 용강 중 개재물을 턴디쉬 내화물에 포집 및 제거하여 노즐 막힘을 억제할 수 있다.
