Dry heat storage floor heating block
The present invention relates to a dry type heat storage floor heating block, which comprises: floor heating blocks which are continuously arranged on an upper side of a floor and divided into upper and lower blocks while a pipe groove is formed inside the floor heating block in order to enable a heating pipe to be installed in the floor heating block; and adhesive mortar which is injected between the floor heating blocks and integrally forms the floor heating blocks. The upper blocks are formed smaller than the lower blocks, and the adhesive mortar is injected into a space unit formed between the upper blocks, so the floor heating blocks can be integrally formed. According to the present invention, the floor heating blocks are formed by the square-shaped upper and lower blocks. Also, the upper blocks and the lower blocks can provide a dry type heat storage floor heating block fixed by the adhesive mortar. Moreover, the upper and the lower blocks are produced in a square shape so as to be easily produced in quantity and simply installed.
본 발명은 축열 건식 바닥난방블록에 관한 것으로서, 바닥의 상부에 연속 배치되고, 상·하부 블록으로 분리구성되며, 내부에는 난방배관이 장착될 수 있도록 배관홈이 형성되는 바닥난방블록; 및 상기 바닥난방블록의 사이에 주입되면서 바닥난방블록을 일체로 형성하는 접착용 몰탈;로 구성되되, 상기 상부 블록은 하부 블록의 크기보다 작게 형성되고, 상기 접착용 몰탈은 상부 블록의 사이에 형성된 공간부에 주입되어, 상기 바닥난방블록이 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 바닥난방블록을 사각형 형상의 상·하부 블록으로 형성하고 상기 상·하부 블록은 접착용 몰탈로 고정한 축열 건식 바닥난방블록을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사각형 형상으로 상·하부 블록이 제작되므로 대량생산이 용이하고 간편하게 시공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
