SLAB ON GRADE FRPCFabric Reinforced Polymer Concrete Slab On Grade
The present invention relates to an effective method for preventing drying shrinkage and cracking during construction of a slab (slab on grade) which is directly applied to the ground of a building. An effect of the present invention is that a fiber reinforced polymer concrete is placed in concrete instead of a general shape of reinforcing steel and concrete so that the fiber structure in the concrete corresponds to the drying shrinkage and a temperature change, thereby capable of excellently suppressing an occurrence of cracking. Thus, the thickness of the slab and the construction costs can be reduced since the reinforcing steel or a weld mesh is not required to be installed. On the other hand, there is an effect of suppressing the occurrence of an additional cracking due to a dispersion effect of a load due to the fiber reinforcement.
본 발명은 건축물 지반에 직접 시공하는 슬래브(SLAB ON GRADE) 시공시, 건조수축 및 균열의 방지에 효과적인 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 효과는, 철근+콘크리트의 일반적인 형태가 아닌, 콘크리트 내부에 섬유보강 폴리머 콘크리트를 타설함으로써, 콘크리트 내부의 섬유조직이 건조수축과 온도변화에 대응함으로써, 균열의 발생 억제에 탁월한 효과를 발휘하며, 철근이나 Weld Mesh의 설치가 불필요하므로, 슬래브의 두께 감소 및 공사비 절감 효과를 만족시킬 수 있다. 한편, 섬유보강으로 인한 하중의 분산 효과로 인해 추가적인 균열 발생을 억제시키는 효과가 있다.
