Provided is a heat and sound insulating material for construction. A heat and sound insulating material for construction according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sound absorption layer; a first heat insulation layer which is adjacent to one surface of the sound absorption layer, in which a plurality of first grooves and first bumps are formed in the shape of irregularities on one surface to which the sound absorption layer is adjacent and in which a non-woven fabric is integrally attached to the other surface; and a second heat insulation layer which is adjacent to the other surface of the sound absorption layer, in which a plurality of second grooves and second bumps are formed in the shape of irregularities on one surface to which the sound absorption layer is adjacent and in which a non-woven fabric is integrally attached to the other surface.
건축용 방음단열재가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 건축용 방음단열재는, 흡음층, 상기 흡음층의 일면에 인접하며, 상기 흡음층이 인접하는 일면에는 요철 형상으로 복수 개의 제1 홈 및 제1 돌기를 형성하고, 타면에는 부직포가 일체로 부착되는 제1 단열층 및 상기 흡음층의 타면에 인접하고, 상기 흡음층이 인접하는 일면에는 요철 형상으로 복수 개의 제2 홈 및 제2 돌기를 형성하고, 타면에는 부직포가 일체로 부착되는 제2 단열층을 포함한다.
