ONE-TOUCH ELASTIC FIXING APPARATUS FOR WOOD DECK PLATE WITHOUT SCREW
The present invention relates to a one-touch type screwless elastic fixing apparatus for a wood deck board which enables easy installation, prevents damage to the wood deck due to a screw, and facilitates partial disassembly for repair or maintenance of the wood deck by fixing the wood deck board easily and elastically in a one-touch manner. According to the present invention, the one-touch type screwless elastic fixing apparatus comprises: a lower panel which is arranged to correspond to a unit of a lower surface of a wood deck board and has two coupling holes for fixing the lower panel to an upper surface of a frame; a front end insertion panel which is formed on a front end of the lower panel to be bent perpendicularly to the upper side, has an insertion protrusion bent horizontally towards the inside on the upper end, and is inserted and fixed to one side surface of the wood deck board; and a rear elastic panel which is formed to be bent perpendicularly to the upper side on a rear end of the lower panel, has an elastic support protrusion in a semicircular shape towards the inside on a front end, and elastically supports the other surface of the wood deck board.
본 발명은 목재 데크의 고정이 원터치 방식으로 탄성적으로 간편하게 이루어져 시공 및 설치가 상대적으로 간편하게 이루어지도록 하면서 나사못에 의한 데크의 손상을 완전히 방지되도록 하고 목재 데크의 수리 및 유지 보수시 부분적인 분해가 간편하게 이루어지도록 하는 나사못이 필요 없는 목재 데크 판재용 원터치 탄성 고정 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 탄성 고정 장치는 목재 데크의 하면에 일부에 대응하여 배치되고, 프레임의 상면에 고정되도록 두 개의 체결공이 형성되는 하면판과; 상기 하면판의 선단에 상부측을 향해 수직으로 절곡되게 형성되고, 상단에 내측을 향해 수평으로 절곡되는 끼움턱을 가지며, 목재 데크의 일측면에 끼워져 고정되는 선단끼움판과; 상기 하면판의 후단에 상부측을 향해 수직으로 절곡되게 형성되고, 상단에 내측을 향해 반원형태로 라운드지게 탄성지지턱이 형성되며, 목재 데크의 타측면을 탄성적으로 지지하는 후단탄성판을; 포함한다.
