The present invention relates to a device for coupling a hinge of a hinged door and, more specifically, a hinge is formed to be able to be coupled to a connecting member connected by vertically cutting a sash made of an aluminum, steel, or synthetic resin material. The width of the sash is formed to be narrow irrespective of a hinge. Thus, raw materials can be saved, and cutting of the sash is reduced. Also, assembly can be conveniently performed. Moreover, boring and hole processing for fixing a hinge to a sash do not have to be performed, and a hinge is not fixed to a thin plate of a sash. Thus, fixing force is improved, and durability of furniture can be improved. According to the present invention, the device for coupling a hinge of a hinged door comprises: a frame unit which has a door sash horizontally and vertically connected to form a frame of a door so that a panel is fixed to the front, and is formed as a main body by connecting a horizontal plate and a vertical plate to install the door in the front; a door connection unit which forms a connection body formed with a connection piece outside to vertically connect the corner of the door sash of the frame unit, and which is integrally formed with a door hinge piece where a hinge member of the hinge is fixed inside the connection piece of the vertical side of the connection body; and a main body connection unit which has a main body connection body for connecting the horizontal plate and the vertical plate to form the main body of the frame unit, and which has a main body hinge piece integrally vertically protruding to be in surface-contact with the inner side of the vertical plate of the main body in the main body connection body so as to fix the hinge member of the hinge.
본 발명은 여닫이식 도어의 경첩 결합장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 알루미늄이나 철재 또는 합성수지재의 샷시를 직각으로 절단하여 연결하는 연결부재에 경첩을 결합할 수 있도록 형성하여 샷시의 폭을 경첩에 관계없이 좁게 형성함으로써 원재료를 절감할 수 있음은 물론 샷시의 절단가공을 줄이고 조립을 편리하게 함은 물론 샷시에 경첩을 고정하기 위한 보링 및 홀가공을 하지 않아도 됨은 물론 경첩이 샷시의 얇은 판에 고정되지 않아 고정력을 향상시켜 가구의 내구성을 높일 수 있는 여닫이식 도어의 경첩 결합장치에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 수평과 수직으로 연결되어 패널이 전방에 고정되도록 도어의 틀을 형성하는 도어샷시를 형성하고 상기 도어가 전방에 설치되도록 수평판과 수직판을 연결하여 본체로 형성된 프레임부와, 상기 프레임부의 도어샷시의 모서리를 직각으로 연결하기 위하여 외측으로 연결편을 형성한 연결몸체를 형성하고 상기 연결몸체의 세로측 연결편 내측으로 경첩의 힌지부재가 고정되는 도어경첩편을 일체로 형성한 도어연결부와, 상기 프레임부의 본체를 형성하기 위하여 수평판과 수직판을 연결하는 본체연결몸체를 형성하고 상기 본체연결몸체에는 본체의 수직판 내측에 면접하도록 본체경첩편을 일체로 수직으로 돌출 형성하여 경첩의 힌지부재가 고정되도록 형성한 본체연결부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이식 도어의 경첩 결합장치를 제공한다.
