The installation and dismantling possible Fenders
The present invention provides a detachable fender. The detachable fender comprises: a base plate which is installed on a harbor structure, and has a plurality of first binding holes formed on both sides of a front surface thereof and arranged in a reverse trapezoid shape becoming narrower downwards, and second binding holes formed on a lower side of the front surface thereof; a guide frame which is installed and fixed on the front surface of the base plate, and includes a support part between a pair of guide parts having a reverse trapezoid shape becoming narrower downwards, a stopping groove formed in the guide parts, a first binding protrusion which protrudes from a rear of the guide parts and is inserted and fixed on the first binding holes, and a second binding protrusion which protrudes from a rear of the support part and is inserted and fixed on the second binding holes; and an impact absorbing unit which is detachably connected to the guide frame, and includes a guide plate protruding to both sides of an impact absorbing material having an elastic force in the impact absorbing material, and an inclined surface which is formed on both ends of the guide plate and has a same inclination angle as the guide parts to be stopped and connected to prevent an escape in a front and a downward direction in the stopping groove. Convenience in construction, maintenance, and repair is improved, and an escape of the impact absorbing unit is prevented.
착탈식 방충재가 제공된다. 제공된 착탈식 방충재는 항만구조물에 설치되며, 전면 양측에 상광하협의 역사다리꼴 형상으로 배열된 다수의 제1 결속홀들이 형성되고, 전면 하측에 제2 결속홀들이 형성된 베이스플레이트; 상기 베이스플레이트의 전면에 설치고정되며, 상광하협의 역사다리꼴 형상을 갖는 한 쌍의 가이드편 사이에 받침편이 마련되고, 상기 가이드편의 내부에 걸림홈이 형성되며, 상기 가이드편의 후방에 상기 제1 결속홀에 삽입고정되는 제1 결속돌기가 돌출형성되고, 상기 받침편의 후방에 상기 제2 결속홀에 삽입고정되는 제2 결속돌기가 돌출형성된 가이드프레임 및 상기 가이드프레임에 착탈 가능하게 연결되며, 자체 탄성력을 갖는 충격흡수재의 내부에 상기 충격흡수재의 양측으로 돌출되는 가이드판이 구비되고, 상기 가이드판의 양단에 상기 가이드편과 동일한 경사각을 갖는 경사면이 형성되어 상기 걸림홈 내에서 전방과 하방으로 이탈하지 못하도록 걸림, 연결된 충격흡수유닛을 포함하여 시공 및 유지보수의 편의성을 향상 및 충격흡수유닛이 이탈되는 현상을 미연에 방지한다.

The present invention provides a detachable fender. Convenience in construction, maintenance, and repair is improved, and an escape of the impact absorbing unit is prevented.
착탈식 방충재가 제공된다. 제공된 착탈식 방충재는 항만구조물에 설치되며, 전면 양측에 상광하협의 역사다리꼴 형상으로 배열된 다수의 제1 결속홀들이 형성되고, 전면 하측에 제2 결속홀들이 형성된 베이스플레이트; 상기 베이스플레이트의 전면에 설치고정되며, 상광하협의 역사다리꼴 형상을 갖는 한 쌍의 가이드편 사이에 받침편이 마련되고, 상기 가이드편의 내부에 걸림홈이 형성되며, 상기 가이드편의 후방에 상기 제1 결속홀에 삽입고정되는 제1 결속돌기가 돌출형성되고, 상기 받침편의 후방에 상기 제2 결속홀에 삽입고정되는 제2 결속돌기가 돌출형성된 가이드프레임 및 상기 가이드프레임에 착탈 가능하게 연결되며, 자체 탄성력을 갖는 충격흡수재의 내부에 상기 충격흡수재의 양측으로 돌출되는 가이드판이 구비되고, 상기 가이드판의 양단에 상기 가이드편과 동일한 경사각을 갖는 경사면이 형성되어 상기 걸림홈 내에서 전방과 하방으로 이탈하지 못하도록 걸림, 연결된 충격흡수유닛을 포함하여 시공 및 유지보수의 편의성을 향상 및 충격흡수유닛이 이탈되는 현상을 미연에 방지한다.
