The present invention relates to a guard rail and, specifically, to a construction method for a guard rail including a stability-reinforced pillar unit, which stably reinforces a pillar and a guard rail by including the pillar unit by reinforcing a stability-reinforced pillar to reinforce the pillar in an existing guard rail installed on a road. According to the present invention, the construction method for a guard rail connecting the stability-reinforced pillar to the pillar for a guardrail includes: a pillar preparing step (S10) of removing a guard rail bar (11) from the pillar (13) and preparing the pillar (13); a stability-reinforced pillar preparing step (S20) of preparing the stability-reinforced pillar (20); a stability-reinforced pillar positioning step (S30) of inserting the pillar (13) into the stability-reinforced pillar (20); a pile driving device positioning step (S40) of dropping down the stability-reinforced pillar (20) in order for the lower part of the stability-reinforced pillar (20) to be in contact with the ground and positioning a pile driving device (50) in order for the lower part of the pile driving device (50) to be in contact with the upper part of the stability-reinforced pillar (20); a driving step (S50) of inserting the lower side of the stability-reinforced pillar (20) into the ground around the pillar (13); a driving competing step (S60) of removing the pile driving device (50) from the stability-reinforced pillar (20) and the pillar (13); and a guard rail construction completing step (S70) of connecting the guard rail bar (11) to the upper pillar (13) of the stability-reinforced pillar (10).
본 발명은 가드레일에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기존에 도로에 시설된 가드레일에서 지주에 대해서 더욱 보강되도록 안정보강지주를 보강하여 지주부를 구비하여 지주 및 가드레일이 더욱 안정되게 보강한 안정보강형 지주부가 구비된 가드레일 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 가드레일용 지주에 안정보강지주를 결합하는 가드레일 시공방법에 있어서, 지주(13)로부터 가드레일바(11)를 제거하여 지주(13)를 준비하는 지주준비단계(S10); 지주(13)에 결합하기 위한 안정보강지주(20)를 준비하는 안정보강지주준비단계(S20); 안정보강지주(20)를 지주(13) 상부로 위치시키고 안정보강지주(20)의 내부로 지주(13)를 삽입시키는 안정보강지주위치단계(S30); 안정보강지주(20) 내부로 지주(13)를 삽입한 상태에서 안정보강지주(20) 아래가 지반에 닿도록 안정보강지주(20)를 하강시키며, 지주(13)를 내부에 위치시킨 안정보강지주(20) 상부로 항타정(50)을 위치시켜 항타정(50) 아래가 안정보강지주(20) 상부와 닿도록 항타정(50)을 위치시키는 항타정위치단계(S40); 항타정(50)이 결합된 항타장비의 작동으로 항타정(50)이 안정보강지주(20)의 상부를 타격하여 안정보강지주(20)의 하측이 지주(13) 주위의 지반으로 삽입되는 항타단계(S50); 항타장비의 작동으로 항타정(50)에 의해 안정보강지주(20)를 타격하여 지주(13)를 감싸는 안정보강지주(20)가 소정 깊이만큼 지반에 삽입된 상태에서 지주(13)와 안정보강지주(20)로부터 항타정(50)을 제거하는 항타완료단계(S60); 및 안정보강지주(20)의 상측 지주(13)에 가드레일바(11)를 결합시키는 가드레일시공완료단계(S70)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
