The present invention relates to a vibrating pile driver, which comprises: a vibration body unit having a hollow unit where a pile is inserted thereinto; a pile clamp unit for clamping the pile installed in the vibration body unit to be inserted into the hollow unit; at least one vibration generating unit individually installed in the vibration body unit to provide a vibration force for piling or withdrawing the pile; a first circuit driving unit installed on the vibration body unit and a sub-frame for reversible rotating the pile clamp unit, the sub-frame installed to be rotated on an upper side of the vibration body unit, and the vibration body unit with respect to the sub-frame; a connecting unit installed to be rotated on the sub-frame and installed on an excavator boom; and a second circuit driving unit installed on the connecting unit and the sub-frame to rotate the sub-frame with respect to the connecting unit.
