The present invention relates to a shock and noise absorbing device, which prevents noise or vibration from being generated due to shock and absorbs the vibration or the noise. According to the present invention, the shock and noise absorbing device preventing or absorbing the vibration or the noise generated due to the shock includes: an elastic member formed as multiple elastic chips are gathered; and an elastic container containing the elastic member. The elastic container includes: a body in the shape of a cylindrical container or in the shape of a polyprism container, wherein the body has an open upper surface and an empty inside and the elastic member is contained in the inside of the body; and a compression member preventing the elastic member from being separated, by being tightly inserted into the upper part of the body, wherein the upper part of the compression member is exposed to the upper side of the body and the compression member transmits the external shock to the elastic member by vertically moving by corresponding to the external shock. According to the present invention, the shock and noise absorbing device comprises: the elastic member formed as the multiple elastic chips are gathered; and the elastic container containing the elastic member. The elastic container comprises the body and the compression member. The shock and noise absorbing device has a simple shape and a simple structure and, therefore, can be transformed. Also, the shock and noise absorbing device is rapidly and easily manufactured. The compression member is tightly inserted into the upper part of the body and can prevent the elastic member from being separated. Also, the shock and noise absorbing device transmits the external shock to the elastic member while vertically moving by corresponding to the external shock and absorbs the external shock. So, the shock and noise absorbing device efficiently prevents or absorbs the noise and the vibration.

본 발명은, 충격에 의한 진동이나 소음의 발생을 방지하거나 감쇄시키는 충격 및 소음 감쇄장치에 있어서, 다수의 탄성칩들이 모여서 구성되는 탄성부재; 및 상기 탄성부재를 담는 탄성용기;를 포함하고, 상기 탄성용기는, 상기 탄성부재가 담기는 것으로 내부가 비고, 상면이 개방된 원기둥통 또는 다각기둥통 형상의 몸체; 및 상기 몸체의 상부에 긴밀히 삽입되어 상기 탄성부재의 이탈을 방지하며, 상부는 상기 몸체의 상측으로 노출되고, 외부의 충격에 대응하여 상하 운동함으로써 상기 외부의 충격을 상기 탄성부재에 전달하는 압축부재;를 포함하는 충격 및 소음 감쇄장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해, 다수의 탄성칩들이 모여서 구성되는 탄성부재와, 상기 탄성부재를 담는 탄성용기로 구성하고, 상기 탄성용기는 몸체 및 압축부재를 포함하여 구성함으로써, 형태, 구조 등이 간단하여 변형이 가능하고, 제조가 신속하고 용이하며, 압축부재가 몸체의 상부에 긴밀히 삽입되어 탄성부재의 이탈을 방지함과 동시에, 외부의 충격에 대응하여 상하 운동하면서 외부의 충격을 탄성부재에 전달하여 흡수하므로 진동이나 소음의 발생을 효율적으로 방지하거나 감쇄하는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
