METHOD FOR PAVING ROAD USING PREVENTION OF CRACK AND FLATTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a road pavement method using crack prevention and flattening equipment, capable of reducing maintenance expenses of a road. According to the present invention, the method comprises: (S10) a first step of installing a pair of vertical material separators and a plurality of horizontal flexible joints crossing between the pair of horizontal material separators; (S20) a second step of depositing a pavement material in a space surrounded by the vertical material separators and the horizontal flexible joints; (S30) a third step of dispersing the pavement material with first compacting equipment with a cylinder having a plurality of perforated holes formed on the outer surface; (S40) a fourth step of pressing and compacting the upper surface of the pavement material with second compacting equipment with a flat panel wherein the bottom surface forms one plane; (S50) a fifth step of pressing and flattening the upper surface and a lateral side surface of the pavement material with the third compacting equipment including a side panel, wherein the bottom surface forms one plane, and the first protrusion part downwardly protrudes from one side of the bottom surface of the side panel; (S60) a sixth step of making a flexible groove on the upper surface of the pavement material and flattening the upper surface with the fourth compacting equipment including a central panel, wherein the bottom surface forms one plate, and a second protrusion part downwardly protrudes from the center of the bottom surface of the central panel; (S70) a seventh step of scratching the upper surface of the pavement material with the fifth equipment including a head unit and a plurality of brushes installed on the bottom surface of the head unit; and (S80) an eighth step of curing the pavement material.
본 발명에 의한 균열방지 및 평탄화장비를 이용한 도로포장방법은, 한쌍의 종방향 재료분리대와, 상기 한쌍의 종방향 재료분리대 사이를 가로지르는 복수개의 횡방향 신축줄눈을 설치하는 제1 단계(S10); 상기 종방향 재료분리대과 상기 횡방향 신축줄눈으로 둘러싸인 공간내에 도로포장재를 포설하는 제2 단계(S20); 외면에 다수개의 타공홀이 형성된 원통을 구비하는 제1 다짐장비로 상기 도로포장재를 분산하는 제3 단계(S30); 저면이 하나의 평면을 이루는 평패널을 구비하는 제2 다짐장비로 도로포장재 상면을 가압하여 다짐하는 제4 단계(S40); 저면이 하나의 평면을 이루는 측패널과 상기 측패널의 저면 일측으로부터 하향 돌출되는 제1 돌출부를 포함하는 제3 다짐장비로 상기 도로포장재 상면과 폭방향 측면을 가압하여 평탄화하는 제5 단계(S50); 저면이 하나의 평면을 이루는 중앙패널과 상기 중앙패널의 저면 중앙으로부터 하향 돌출되는 제2 돌출부를 포함하는 제4 다짐장비로 도로포장재 상면에 신축홈을 만들어주고 상면을 평탄화하는 제6 단계(S60); 헤드부와 상기 헤드부의 저면에 구비되는 다수 개의 솔모를 포함하는 제5 다짐장비로 상기 도로포장재 상면을 스크래칭 하는 제7 단계(S70); 및 상기 도로포장재를 양생하는 제8 단계(S80);를 포함한다.
