Automatic closing apparatus for fire door
The present invention relates to an automatic closing apparatus for a fire door, capable of reducing fault occurrence, and enhancing stability and reliability in automatic closing of a fire door through a simple structure. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a housing (100) installed in a lower part of a door closer (10) automatically closing a fire door (30); a cam (200) coupled to a driving shaft (11) of the door closer (10); a guide (300) installed inside the housing (100); a fixation body to fixate the cam by elasticity of a coil spring (302) installed inside the guide; an operation lever (500) to adjust the elasticity of the coil spring; and a fixation means (600) to allow rotation of the operation lever in accordance with a signal provided from a fire detector. According to the present invention, since a driving shaft of the door closer is released to be able to rotate in accordance with the signal provided from the fire detector in a fire, the fire door is automatically closed by the door closer, thus providing effects of reducing casualties or property damage from the fire, and reducing damage to an internal device due to a simplified structure, and reducing time or expense required for maintenance due to lower fault possibility.
본 발명은 간소한 구조를 통해 고장 발생이 적고, 방화문 자동 폐쇄의 안정성과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있게 한 방화문 자동폐쇄장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방화문 자동폐쇄장치는 방화문(30)이 자동으로 닫히게 하는 도어클로저(10)의 하부에 설치하는 하우징(100)과; 상기 도어클로저(10)의 구동축(11)에 결합하는 캠(200)과; 상기 하우징(100) 내부에 설치되는 가이드(300)와; 상기 가이드 내부에 설치된 코일스프링(302)의 탄성에 의해 상기 캠을 고정하는 고정체(400)와; 상기 코일스프링의 탄성을 조절하는 작동간(500)과; 화재감지기에서 제공되는 신호에 따라서 상기 작동간의 회전을 가능케 하는 고정수단(600)을 포함하여 구성한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 화재 발생시 화재감지기에서 제공되는 신호에 따라 도어클로저의 구동축을 회동 가능케 고정해제 함으로써 도어클로저에 의해 방화문이 자동으로 닫히게 하여 화재로 인한 인명이나 재산 피해를 줄일 수 있으며, 간소화된 구조로 인해 내부 장치의 손상이나, 그로 인한 고장 발생 가능성이 매우 낮아 유지 관리에 소요되는 시간이나 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
