Prefabricated building building construction method blocks and on-demand building construction method using telecommunication lines
An objective of the present invention is to provide a prefabricated building of a new concept which can be made or designed by any person in case of a low story small building even if the person is not a construction expert, a method of constructing the same, and a method of construction by receiving an order through a telecommunication line. The prefabricated building is made by comprising: a floor block (400); a wall (300) made by stacking one or more wall blocks; a roof block assembly (200); a coupling bar coupled between adjacent blocks; an internal and an external waterproof layer; and one or more inorganic adhesives selected from a group of inorganic adhesives including cement, sodium silicate, and ceramic. Reinforced cellulose is in a state where reinforced fiber is severed. The floor block (400), the wall blocks (310), a roof block (210), a roof finishing block and a cover block (450) are made of a vacuum extruded foam polystyrene insulation board (XPS).
본 발명은 건축 전문가가 아니더라도 저층의 소형 건물이라면 누구나 손쉽게 만들거나 설계할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 개념의 조립식 건물과, 이를 시공하는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 발명에서는, 바닥 블록(400); 하나 이상의 벽 블록을 쌓아서 만들어진 벽체(300); 지붕 블록 조립체(200); 인접한 블록들 간에 결합되도록 하는 결합 봉; 내, 외부의 방수층; 상기 무기질 접착제는 시멘트류, 규산소다류, 세라믹류를 포함하는 무기질 접착제의 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 무기질 접착제를 포함하여 만들어지며, 상기 강화 섬유소는 강화 섬유가 끊어진 형태이고, 상기 바닥 블록(400), 벽 블록(310), 지붕 블록(210), 지붕 마감 블록 및 커버 블록(450)은 진공 압출 발포 폴리스티렌 단열재(Extruded Polystyrene Insulation Board: XPS)로 만들어진 블록을 이용한 조립식 건물, 이를 시공하는 방법, 그리고 전기통신회선을 통해 주문을 받아 시공하는 방법을 제공한다.
