The support member (500) comprises: a pair of left rotary gears (510) and a pair of right rotary gears (520) installed on both corners of the upper frame (300); a left rack bar (530) and a right rack bar (540) arranged between the pair of left rotary gears (510) and between the pair of right rotary gears (520) to be meshed; a linear actuator (550) to move the left and the right rack bar (530, 540) forwards and backwards; and two pairs of supporting bars (560) to selectively support wheels of a vehicle by rotation of the left rotary gears (510) and the right rotary gears (520). According to the vehicle transport apparatus for a parking facility, rotary gears connected to the supporting bars are supported by a rotary shaft and rack bars to prevent the supporting bars from being deflected by a weight of a vehicle. Also, according to the vehicle transport apparatus for a parking facility, an internal structure of the upper frames is simple to conveniently install the transport member, the moving member, and various wires.
