STRUCTURE OF WING BODY HINGE FOR WING BODY OF FREIGHT CAR
The present invention relates to a wing body freight car and, more specifically, relates to a wing body upper hinge structure for a wing body freight car to stably rotate wing doors with respect to a wing main frame by providing opened and closed wing doors while rotating laterally and a hinge structure to easily bind to the wing main frame in a freight car of a wing body freight car. According to the present invention, the wing body upper hinge structure to open and close wing doors (11) of a wing body freight car (10) to rotate with respect to a wing main frame (15) comprises: end hinges (30) which are positioned at both ends of the wing main frame (15) and both ends of wing doors (11); and a plurality of intermediate hinges (40) which are provided between both end hinges (30), and are coupled to the wing main frame (15) and wing doors (11).
본 발명은 윙바디화물차에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 윙바디화물차의 화물차량에서 옆으로 회전되며 개폐되는 윙개폐문 및 윙메인프레임 등과 결착이 용이하도록 경첩구조물을 제공하여 윙메인프레임에 대해 윙개폐문이 안정적으로 회전되도록 하는 윙바디화물차용 윙바디상부경첩구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 윙바디화물차(10)의 윙개폐문(11)이 윙메인프레임(15)에 대해 회동으로 개폐되도록 하는 윙바디상부경첩구조물에 있어서, 상기 윙메인프레임(15) 양측 끝단 및 윙개폐문(11) 양측 끝단에 위치되는 엔드경첩(30); 및 양측의 상기 엔드경첩(30) 사이에 다수로 구비되어 윙메인프레임(15) 및 윙개폐문(11)에 결합되는 중간경첩(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
